Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort

I really have to give this hotel 100 points! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc who isn't focused on sightseeing. You could absolutely stay at this hotel and not leave at all. Before booking, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully helped with decorations and a cake. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, very delicious with many varieties. The SPA is a must-try! I went two days in a row! If you don't have enough cash, they do accept credit cards. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it. Taking a Grab, you can reach the Sonasea Night Market near the hotel in 4 minutes. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, but only at one specific time. I recommend trying the night market stall named 'My Seafood'. It's super crowded, mostly with Koreans, but the food is excellent. Also, I highly recommend trying the hotel's mango series – you won't want to go home once you're here!😋😋 There's also a private beach perfect for photos. The service here is truly 100 points, absolutely impeccable ❤️

This is a great hotel, truly living up to its international chain reputation. I would definitely recommend Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort to friends visiting in the future. It's just a 30,000 VND taxi ride to a small night market. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent!

Not suitable for families with children, the hotel has a very business-like atmosphere. **Facilities:** The room decor is quite business-oriented and outdated. Honestly, it somewhat lowers the overall aesthetic of Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. **Hygiene:** The quality of the towels overall wasn't great; I always felt like they weren't clean. **Environment:** The outdoor environment was pretty good, especially having public showers. After checking out, we could still enjoy the water and sand, which was a nice touch. **Service:** The buggy arrived quickly, and the kids' club service was excellent.

On the way from Phu Quoc customs and airport to the hotel, my expectations dropped by 90%. I never imagined the resort would be a completely different world. The vast and open lobby, marble floors, and the lighthouse bar filled with various liquor bottles made me completely forget the dilapidated journey. The hotel's overall service was also excellent; staff were generally available on demand, and communication in English was not an issue. The hotel's spa service is highly recommended. Although it's quite a bit more expensive than other spas on the island, the massage was incredibly comfortable. The resort's breakfast had a wide variety of options and was well worth it. However, lunch and dinner were relatively average in terms of value for money. The resort pool is large, but be sure to protect yourself from the sun. Finally, the water pressure in the room was stable, the water temperature responded quickly and intuitively, and it featured a waterfall showerhead – truly befitting a five-star hotel. It would be even more perfect if standard rooms also had a bathtub.

Every staff member at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort was friendly, spoke good English, and provided enthusiastic service. The menu clearly displayed allergens, which was a huge help for our family with a child who has food allergies. We were concerned about the bed size, so we sent an email, and the staff kindly combined the twin beds for us in advance – very thoughtful. Sand toys, swimming rings, and life jackets were all provided for free, making it very family-friendly. I basically ate all my meals at the hotel, trying two different restaurants, and the food at both was excellent.

Pullman Phu Quoc is a moderately priced resort with excellent value for money. As a solo traveler, my main requirement was simply a comfortable stay. This resort perfectly met all my needs in terms of facilities and location! For those looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. With its huge swimming pool, expansive private beach, and stunning coastline facing west, you can slowly admire the sunset's afterglow. Plus, there's a rich and varied breakfast every day, and three unique restaurants, allowing you to spend all your vacation time right here! No one could resist this perfect getaway.

It was a very enjoyable trip! Truly befitting a 5-star hotel!!! I will definitely visit again~
