Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri Bangkok

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights before heading home, to visit the malls and see the sights of Thailand's capital. The hotel fully met our expectations. The two-room Grand Suite is very convenient and comfortable, even for a long stay. It has a kitchen with dishes, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine. The delicious and varied breakfasts, along with its proximity to the shopping malls and Lumphini Park, made our stay at the hotel very comfortable.

The hotel's location is indeed good, but the room service and facilities were quite disappointing. The shower door in the bathroom never closed properly, and the soundproofing in the room was terrible; you could hear everything from the hallway and the room upstairs. There were also a lot of Indian and Middle Eastern guests, often with large families, and their behavior was questionable, with children making a lot of noise. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again.

A well-known hotel chain, famous for its excellent locations and high-quality service. I recommend it at all times.

Great location! The high-floor view overlooking the green space is so refreshing. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating with all our requests. It's a shame the washing machine's dryer function was broken, so we couldn't dry our clothes. Also, the massage chair in the public facilities was out of order and wasn't repaired immediately.

The hotel's location is great, less than 300 meters from the subway station. The hotel itself is quite upscale and grand, and the room facilities are comprehensive. The view from the room is beautiful. The main issues are that the room decor is a bit dated and the facilities aren't very new. The air conditioning is also quite noisy, which can affect sleep at night.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the Erawan Shrine and several of Bangkok's renowned large shopping malls. The service was superb and incredibly attentive. The breakfast was also delicious. A special thank you to the front desk staff for their invaluable assistance!
