Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri Bangkok

The hotel has very spacious rooms that are fully equipped with furniture, basic kitchenware, washing machine with dryer and iron/air table. The room is excellent and can be an outstanding if the furniture is renewed. Honestly, the only comment on the room is the old wooden furniture (yet it's good) and the need for refurbishment and renewal of bathroom design to be more aligned with the hotel image. One of the outstanding things that the hotel offers for guests ( mainly Muslims) is that it provides Qibblah direction in the room ( can be found in the working desk drawer). Hotel location is very excellent and within walking distance from many major shopping malls, like world central that's only 5 minutes walking distance.

I’ve been choosing this hotel consecutively for 4 to 5 yrs when I travel to Bangkok. I’ve always loved how near it is to the Erawan shrine and how comfortable the room is. The staff never fails to make me feel welcomed during my stay. I’ve never had to worry about approaching the staff for assistance because they are able to speak in English. There’s a 7-11 store about 10m away from the hotel in the next hotel, so you don’t have to worry about getting a late night supper. Photo taken when I was heading back to the hotel from Erawan Shrine.
