PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the MRT station. It was super convenient to get to places like Marina Bay, Fort Canning, and Chinatown by subway. Haji Lane is right across from the hotel, with tons of food and shops. Suntec City mall, which has Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, is also an easy 15-minute walk away. The hotel breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

I stayed here once in May, and this time I arrived at 3:30 PM and had to wait an hour for a room. The hotel's location is pretty good, with a bus stop right outside and close to the subway station. There are also famous attractions nearby, and the service is excellent. However, there were too many noisy children, and the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, which affected my experience.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, and breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, which is great for those who like to sleep in. Cleanliness: Looks very good. Environment: It's located in the city center near the mosque, making transportation convenient. The hotel floors don't seem to be very high, so don't expect a sea view. Service: Excellent. I was very touched to see a staff member catching up with a customer they hadn't seen in two years.

The room was great and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with different varieties every day. The only downside was that no one at the front desk spoke Chinese, and it was a bit of a walk to the subway station.

Great environment and excellent service, perfect for families with kids. We'll definitely be back!
