LS Hotel (Guilin Liangsu)

Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. The view surrounding the hotel is breathtaking. The hotel has everything (including big garden and swimming pool) and provides a 24 hour butler service via Wechat which meant someone was always answering our questions within seconds. They helped arranging food delivery into our room, booking attractions, arranging a driver to take us to Yangshuo (for free in a big air conditioned car), arranging room cleaning time when it's most convinient for us, and so much more. Thank you Kaysen and Mayling! The room was spacious with a big round bed (which turns 360 degrees and very comfortable) and a big bathtub overlooking the beautiful karst mountains. There was also a seperate big shower room, with excellent water pressure. The room and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. The hotel provided free fruits, water to our room every day and filled up the minibar for free. We also received free afternoon tea (tea, coffee, cakes, fruits, nuts etc) each afternoon. They have also incuded a free professional photo shoot which I loved. We also received an evening dessert delivered into our room to taste the local flavours. The breakfast had great variety, excellent coffee and tea, everything I wanted and more, while enjoying the view from the restaurant. The breakfast, the lunch and dinner were all delicious so we kept having all our meals at the hotel (ordering the food several times to our room which was very convenient). They have free laundry service which can be done all by the hotel or by self service, based on the guest's requirement. I highly recommend the place.

LS Guilin was honestly one of the most amazing hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and without a doubt, I would say it is the best hotel in Yangshuo. I was so impressed that I actually cancelled another hotel I had already booked so I could stay a second night at LS Guilin — and I’m so glad I did! I stayed in the incredible “Pink Castle” room, which was absolutely spectacular. At an enormous 95m², the room was massive, beautifully designed and had huge windows offering some of the most breathtaking views of Yangshuo. One of my favourite features was the rotating bed, which allows you to position yourself perfectly to enjoy the views. Add to that the huge TV, gorgeous bathtub and beautifully designed space, and it really felt like a dream. Everything was also spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. A special mention absolutely has to go to Icey, my wonderful butler. She was truly amazing — incredibly attentive, professional and always happy to help. She handled every request beautifully and even helped me arrange tours, making my stay completely effortless. Love this girl! What a treasure ❤️ Victoria was also fantastic. She was so friendly, professional and helpful throughout my stay, and her warm personality made such a difference. I would also like to give a special mention to Auntie Lin, who served me in the afternoons during my stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful, and her warm service made the experience even more enjoyable. I wish I spoke Chinese to thank her. I would also like to mention Xiao He, who was the sweetest and incredibly attentive to all the guests around her. Her kindness, care and thoughtful service really stood out and added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Awesome girl, even got me complimentary coffee 🥰

The hotel was amazing, from the incredible rooms and the views, as well as the great butlers Vivi, Reina and Alua. Also did the included photoshoot with Jiajia that was really great. Would recommend staying there

We stayed at LS Hotel during our trip to Yangshuo and had a wonderful experience. The location in the Ten Mile Gallery (Shili Gallery) area is stunning — surrounded by karst mountains and rice fields, it feels like a true escape from the city while still being a short ride from Yangshuo's main attractions. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with local recommendations and logistics. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with beautiful views right from the window. It's the kind of place where you can genuinely relax and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter, more scenic base in Yangshuo rather than staying in the busy town center. We'll definitely consider coming back on a future trip to Guilin/Yangshuo.

Our Photographer "Chocolate" was very gentle and professional. She managed to shoot very nice and beutiful pictures! Victoria And XiXi also helped us a lot during our stay! They gave us nice suggestions to do in tye area, helped us book the activities and were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel had amazing service with an amazing view i couldn’t reccomend it more. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a couple photoshoot that was complimentary to the booking and our photographer Xiao Mo did an amazing job as we went into it with no ideas of what to do and she was able to assist us. The photos came out better than expected and we would 100% come back.

The service at LS Hotel is amazing! The staff are super accommodating to every request we had during our stay. We would contact them via WeChat and they would reply immediately. There is actually several buildings which belong to the hotel, so they will shuttle you around to Brekky or different pools. They also offer complimentary shuttles to West Street which we utilised every day. I will flag that some of the ammenities are slightly outdated and poorly maintained. Images online definitely hide how rundown certain areas are, but this is made up with the service and an amazing view.
