First and foremost, I would like to thank Mr. Chatchai and his team for the warm welcome; when a stay begins with such a reception, you are certain to enjoy the experience. The resort is truly wonderful—everything about it is delightful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff, across the board, are fantastic. I also want to thank Mr. Golf at the Goji restaurant—along with his team—for the superb service he provided to us (and undoubtedly to other guests); thank you very much. God willing, I will certainly return, and I highly recommend this resort.

A wonderful family vacation with exceptional hospitality! We had an amazing mini-vacation at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa! The service and attention to detail were truly top-notch, leaving us with the warmest memories. The dining experience was outstanding. Every meal was delicious, the restaurant variety was great, and the prices were very fair for a luxury resort. A special thank you goes to the Kids Club team—they were incredibly caring and attentive. Seeing our child so happy was the absolute highlight for us as parents! We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the team made it memorable with sweet gestures: a birthday pastry in our room, a lovely towel art arrangement, and a complimentary cocktail in the lobby. On our departure day, our son was even surprised at breakfast with a signature pancake with 'Thank you' written on it. It is these heartfelt touches that make the stay unforgettable. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but we want to give a special shoutout to Toey. She was wonderfully sweet, attentive, and welcoming every single day from our very first lunch onwards. The only minor hiccup occurred with a doorman who lingered uncomfortably waiting for a tip, even after we thanked him several times, leaving only when we explained we had no cash on hand. While awkward in the moment, it did not take away from our great vacation. Thank you for the warm hospitality, and we will definitely be back!

I had a nice stay at Khao Lak Marriott Resort & Spa overall. The resort is quite new, clean, and beautifully designed, with plenty of space to relax. I also really liked the variety of activities available, so you can easily spend most of the day at the resort without having to go out. The service was generally good. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and I felt well taken care of. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of food, and the breakfast team provided very attentive service. There are a few small things that could be improved. I arrived quite late at night, and the check-in process was a little slow. The reception team seemed slightly confused at first, and I also noticed that some staff at Reception were wearing slippers during the night, which felt a little unusual compared with the more professional appearance during the daytime. Keeping the grooming standard consistent at Reception would help create a better first impression. Other than these minor points, I enjoyed my stay. Overall, it’s a good resort for a relaxing getaway, with nice rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities, and plenty of activities. Not perfect, but overall a pleasant experience and somewhere I would consider staying again.
