The room smelled really musty. The ambiance was okay, but the food and service weren't good. The service was very mediocre. The entrance felt unsafe and needs more lighting.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2026 and were extremely satisfied. We lived in a villa with a river view: the view was simply stunning, creating an atmosphere of complete tranquility and relaxation. The room was fresh, clean, and cozy, a real pleasure to be in. We especially loved the bathroom amenities – the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel had a vibrant floral scent. Breakfasts were varied, with European options available: vegetables, fruits, greens, and a good selection of dishes. The coffee was quite decent. In the evenings, it was lovely to have dinner in a quiet atmosphere – the menu offered something for every taste. The staff were polite and friendly. The incredible swimming pool had very warm, almost hot, water (38 degrees Celsius in one section). It's an excellent place to recharge and enjoy nature.

We've been coming to this hotel in Kanchanaburi for the 5th time now. We were really pleased to see that they've built a new access road. Not far from the hotel, there are hot radon springs. Plenty of activities can be arranged at the hotel itself. We'll be back again. Good breakfast.

They even have an EV charging station, which is very advanced! The grounds are great with lots of activities, and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel has spacious grounds and beautiful decor, making it feel very close to nature. The rooms are large and clean, and the hot springs are well-maintained. The breakfast offers a good variety. A small suggestion: due to the natural surroundings, insects can easily get into the rooms. Also, the hotel is located about 2 kilometers down from the main road (on a private road belonging to the hotel). However, it's definitely worth it considering the quality and service.
