The room is really big and comfortable, the housekeeper and auntie are very nice! The scenery is amazing, it is very close to Chaweng and Chunmeng, and also very close to the airport. I will go there again next time! There is just no Chinese service, everything else is very good!

First of all, I must say that this service is really good, I give it 200 points. From the moment we got off the plane, our butler BALL scientifically planned our itinerary and arrangements. Let us have something to do and somewhere to go without checking in. Then the hotel itself has a butler-style service, which basically means that if you want to drink a cup of coffee, cola and juice, they will hand it to you. Ordering food is also very convenient, not expensive, but very delicious, and the chef will come to the villa to cook it. Needless to say about the environment, the entire swimming pool is very large and well designed, making it incomparably beautiful when taking photos. Then the first floor is very functional. The spa can also be done in the room. My only regret is that I lost my ring. I actually don’t want to believe that someone from the hotel took it, because I mentioned calling the police and they were very supportive and cooperative and looked for it for me anxiously, searching through the trash can. What I want to say is that there is no surveillance here, so you should lock the room yourself. Because maybe your housekeeper doesn't know who has entered the villa. I hope it was thrown away as garbage instead of taken. Otherwise I would call it a perfect experience. It's great, there are lots of little geckos at night. But it's not harmful either. There is also an independent swimming pool and restaurant. If you are traveling with two or three families, it is definitely an excellent choice! For friends who love to take pictures, it is also the best choice. The infinity pool will never be disturbed by other people to take pictures. The viewing platform on the top floor is also a good place to make blockbuster movies! The privacy is also excellent. There is 24-hour security at the entrance of the hotel. The vehicles outside are not allowed to enter the hotel except for picking up and dropping off passengers. There is a certain distance between each villa, which isolates all the hustle and bustle! If you have to pick out the shortcomings, it may be that the sand on the beach near the hotel is not so fine. It will be a little regretful for children who love to dig sand, but the independent swimming pool of the villa can perfectly make up for this deficiency. Use the umbrellas by the pool and do a good job of shading the pool, so that children can play to their heart's content! The hotel will have a pick-up and drop-off service. After booking the hotel, communicate with the butler of Ctrip, and they will help us arrange the pick-up and drop-off service! If the flight to Koh Samui is too early, the hotel will send the passengers to a nearby shopping mall or coffee shop and stay until the afternoon when you can check in. However, it should be noted that there is a separate charge from the airport to the shopping mall and back to the hotel. You can ask Ctrip's butler to help communicate. Don't take this itinerary and send us back to the hotel directly! In terms of details, everyone feels that it is impossible to fully follow the requirements of a five-star hotel, because the square meter is too large. If a villa of 300 square meters is required to have all the small details, it will be too picky. Of course, the housekeeper and chef in the villa will take good care of us and provide us with some good restaurants and check-in locations on Koh Samui! Everyone's experience is different, maybe some people like it, some people don't like it, it doesn't matter, if you are interested, you can go to this villa to experience it, maybe it gives you a more intuitive feeling than my words!
