Place was strategic in Ari district with room that little bit smaller than what we expected based on picture

I have found a cockroach, then the hotel immediately provided a new room to me.

The Josh is a fantastic place! Well appointed rooms, with just the right amount of space. A beautiful pool situated out front bathed in morning light. The restaurant is great one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had perfectly scrambled eggs!!!! The staff is excellent and the location is perfect for those who want a mix of action and serenity.

Ari is the besr area in bangkok right now..josh is very nice hotel and the swimming pool great!!

The hotel vibes were nice, giving sort of wes anderson. Though for our room, there was an instruction on the remote of the ac to not be turned lower than 20 degrees so the room cools down quite slowly.

Cosy Boutique Hotel with Great Local Vibes Josh Hotel is a lovely boutique stay tucked away from the main road in a charming townhouse neighbourhood. The room is well-designed with warm wood floors, clean white bedding, orange accent pillows, and thoughtful touches like a hanging bedside organiser. Compact but comfortable — everything you need is there. The surrounding area is full of life — local souvenir shops, live band restaurants, street food stalls, and lively pubs packed with youngsters on weekends. It has a really authentic local atmosphere that’s hard to find in bigger hotels. Walking distance to the MRT makes it super convenient too. Highly recommended for travellers who enjoy a local experience!

We booked this hotel to be close to a pole studio. A great location if you like Ari. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops around. Regarding the amenities... The AC in the room didn't work properly, but the staff offered us to change the room 👍🏻 If you stay on the 3rd floor, be prepared for loud music as there's a hidden bar....

I booked a Family Room because the photos made it look spacious and comfortable. However, the actual room was much smaller than expected, and I felt quite cramped during my stay. The room also felt poorly ventilated, and the bathroom was extremely small. It was difficult to move around comfortably, especially when sharing the room with someone else. The location was convenient, and the room might be suitable for a solo traveler staying for a short time. However, for a Family Room, I expected more space and comfort. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a spacious room.
