This hotel is perfect for a couple of days in Chiang Rai. Although it's not right next to the night market, it's just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is decent and Western-style. The service is good, and they speak English. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus in the afternoons. The room was large, clean, with a big and comfortable bed.

Nice Hotel with Great Service but a little out of the way from the centre of Chiang Rai so did use BOLT quite a lot hence my only 3/5 on location. Breakfast was buffet based with Egg Options cooked to order. Reception staff were very nice and helpful when needed... Great Coffee Shop Across from the Hotel & Noodle Shop next door. ***Be careful when using Grab / Bolt from the Airport to confirm the location as my App didn't immediately find the hotel***

We loved this hotel, lovley staff, fast lifts, great breakfast, best beds, fantastic bathroom amenities, pool and bar service, would have liked the pool to be a couple of degrees warmer, 70 baht to the bazaar via grab and fast service, yes I would stay here again 100% thank you for a lovley stay

It is clean and room size spaces, simple breakfast choices but good taste. Sorry my mom only took a photo of the toilet. However, the room is pleasant.

A good hotel in Chiang Rai. The room layout is nice and breakfast is pretty good. It’s not close to any attractions so will need to take taxi or tutu.

Nice view from the top floor, great big bed, very helping and smiling ladies at the reception. Service at the kitchen of the restaurant needs improvement - when I’ve ordered a dish without meat sausages (because I don’t eat any kind of meat) and ask the servant to check this I ve got finally the dish with meat sausages, so sad. And that would be also nice to have more fish dishes for breakfast. For the week of my stay there they served fish only once.

The room was amazing, the breakfast is also ok, and the instalations and personal were very nice. The aircon sound was quite noisy, the swimming pool water was frozen and it's mosly in the shade. Around 5pm the sunbeds were full. The location was not very good, you have to cross dangerous road to get into civilitation and during the night the way to go to the hotel from city center is very dark and kind of creepy. I enjoyed on there but I won't take it again.
