Mövenpick Gammarth

Mövenpick Hotel Gammarth is a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the private beach is absolutely stunning—perfect for spending the day by the sea. The hotel truly delivers a five-star experience, especially when it comes to food. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of fresh and high-quality options, and the dining venues throughout the hotel are equally impressive. The location is another big advantage. It's easy to reach Sidi Bou Said for a walk through its charming blue-and-white streets, and several shopping malls are just a short drive away, making it convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The only downside during our stay was the indoor pool policy, as children were only allowed to use it until midday, which limited the time families could enjoy the facility together. Overall, the combination of a beautiful beachfront setting, outstanding food, and a relaxing atmosphere makes this hotel an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Tunisia.

The Movenpick Gammarth delivers exactly what you'd expect from the brand: impeccable cleanliness and flawless service across the board. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive restaurant staff and the poolside team, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel cared for. My room was a bit far from the main areas  a small drawback but honestly, everything else was so on point that it barely mattered. Comfortable, quiet, and spotless. All in all, a perfect getaway. I'd happily come back without hesitation.

Understanding staff, clean place, great breakfast and amazing views

Outside views are definitely stunning and location is great with close proximity to the beach. The private beach itself is well managed with plenty of chairs and space, so I had no issues there. But some bad points: - Almost all the staff except bell/room service and pool team had an attitude to them! And when I say all, it’s quite literally across the board. Restaurant staff (esp. at The Breeze) were the worst - Security at the car way is very high, which in theory is good, but none of my friends or I had the “clear tourist” look (white European etc.), so each time we came back in a yellow cab we were asked if we were guests and to give room number. Felt uncomfortable after a few times - Hammam was shocking in the morning - dirty benches and beds, used towels, spa rooms all with doors open for some reason, unmanned, and glasses/cups left everywhere. I did one quick spin around and left straight away - Broken kettle in the room Overall I think there are much nicer mid tier options around La Marsa, or if on second thought I would have gone more north for the other more expensive group

If u ever in tunisia make sure u stay at tis hotel.the design is fabulous.my bed facing the sea.u can lay in bed sea view. Every staff is nice and try their best to service. Specially the reception gal at check in. She upgraded my room. Really appreciate. Their garden is huge very peaceful .plus private beach walk. cardio room great view. My opinion well worth the money.don’t miss the sunrise sky turning pink.u can’t see pink from the photo.u can see it when ur here. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.
