Courteous helpful polite staff will exchange greetings starting with "Pak". Fahry and a few other in reception housekeeping team and Security team. This is a good mid range hotel near interesting cafes and a market. The staff are helpful and prompt. The breakfast was OK, more variety perhaps? and coffee was not great. Excellent pool and garden area. 

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is just 20 min from main railway station. Hotel room is spacious and swimming pool is large. Buffet breakfast is with variety. However it is always having finished plates or cups lying in the corridor over night and it may create hygienic problem. Last night parts of rooftop at outer rim of building are fallen apart with such loud sound.
