The environment is elegant, and the location is excellent and convenient. Every staff member at the hotel is exceptionally polite. We enjoyed strolling around Zhouzhuang in the mornings and evenings, and returned to the room to rest during the hot afternoons. The toiletries are L'Occitane. Breakfast is particularly rich and varied.

The room was very clean and close to the main entrance (which has a fee). The breakfast was a highlight; although the variety wasn't extensive, the taste was excellent. The courtyard scenery exceeded my expectations – it's small and exquisite, and there's even a little library. It's truly a great place to find peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, and you can get some fantastic photos right in the hotel's yard. The service was also warm and attentive, they tried their best to meet all our needs. The food was good too.

This is the best hotel I have ever visited in my life! The ratio of the quality-to-price is extremely good! In Shanghai I paid twice more for the incomparably wo rse apartments. Very welcoming and friendly staff, very good service, excellent breakfast with a friendly chef, clean rooms, extremely beautiful and peaceful yard inside the hotel. It was so good to stay here that we even prolonged our trip to stay here for one more day. Special thanks to the girls at the reception who helped us with check-out on Aug 7th, showed us a convenient way to the taxi and even helped to transfer the luggage! Many-many thanks! This hotel 100% deserves the 10/10 ranking!

The day before arrival, a staff member will contact you to provide information on the nearest parking and the hotel's location. They even send someone to pick you up from the parking lot, which is incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is ideally located next to the Zhouzhuang Museum. Breakfast was also very good. The room was spotlessly clean, without a single dirty corner. The reception offers cold drinks and hot tea, and there's a small lotus pond in the courtyard.

I stayed at the Shuxiang Fudi Hotel in Zhouzhuang, and overall, it was a great experience.
