Kerry Hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la

A very satisfying stay, my second time here! We came back for the famous infinity pool and the stunning Victoria Harbour view. This time, we even got to do some crafts, which my child absolutely loved. I'll probably choose this hotel again next time we visit.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it easy to get around by taxi or public transport. The lobby is clean and grand, and the front desk staff are patient and friendly; check-in and check-out were quick. The room was meticulously cleaned with no unpleasant odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had consistent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The facilities are well-maintained, and overall, it offers better value than expected. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

Really liked this hotel. The location is excellent, right by the sea, so it's lovely to just stroll around. There's a bus stop and a yacht marina downstairs, and the subway is just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get anywhere.

The room was spacious and very clean. Check-in was a bit late, which cut into our rest time, but they compensated us with breakfast, so communication was good. The gym has an amazing sea view – a fantastic environment, definitely recommended!

After comparing several options, I booked a sea-view room at the Kerry Hotel, and the experience was simply impeccable. For a city like Hong Kong, where space is a premium, the room size was exceptionally generous, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The panoramic window offered stunning front-row sea views, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The thoughtful details were a major plus: the room came with a Philips instant hot water dispenser, saving the hassle of boiling water, which is incredibly practical for travelers. The bathroom area was spacious, and the wet/dry separation was perfectly executed, making it feel clean and refreshing to use. It's perfectly suited for both leisure holidays and short trips. The stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

The room was fantastic with a super sea view, and there's a boardwalk downstairs along with plenty of shops. Dining was convenient. However, I do have some suggestions: When guests are clearly exhausted, please don't have interns constantly practicing service. It's just too much! Also, even though my reservation notes were very clear, I was still given a side room. I had to pay almost an extra 1000 RMB to get a decent location.

I originally booked for 5 nights, but due to a change in plans, I extended it by another night. Overall, I'm very satisfied, with no major complaints. While the front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, they were always helpful and answered all my questions. The only slight letdown was being told the pool closed at 8 PM when it actually closes at 10 PM. On the plus side, there's a super long fitness trail right across the street in North Point, and it's very convenient to get around by ferry.

The room was decent, very clean and new, not looking like it's been open for so long. The service was also good. It's very close to Whampoa, where there are many great food options. Getting to Tsim Sha Tsui is a bit of a hassle though, as you'd need to take a taxi.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The environment is great, but the room doesn't have a balcony, so the air felt a bit stuffy, requiring the AC to be on constantly. Thankfully, there's an air purifier in the room.
