I Really Enjoyed My Stay! I Wished The Hot Tub Was A Little Warmer Other Than That No Complaints

Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared at that day of business. Our rooms never got cleaned I only asked for fresh lining and that service wasn’t provided. I assumed this is a family business it appeared that the family lived in the complex they were provided for and I as a paying customer was treated as I didn’t matter. Guess the family occupied all the lower level rooms and I as a customer had to suffer and be inconvenienced because my customer service didn’t matter to them. I hope they get to read this comment and will decide to meet the needs of your customer.

Our Plans were changed. We could not find a local number, not could we cancel. What a rip off!!!!

The breakfast area was well kept by the staff. The Gym is in need of repairs and update. No functioning Hot tub and indoor pool too cold to comfor use. Room was adequate for overnight stay as a single but would not take a family with small children who might play on the floor.

We didn't even check in. We waited 15-20 min to have someone come to the desk. One of main reasons we went here was for hot tub that they said was down for cleaning/maintenance but were unsure of the turnaround time.

The staff was courteous enough, while also being difficult to understand. The room was clean. But the main hotel areas and the carpets were VERY VERY worn down and there were numerous places on the walls where the drywall was chipping off. The hot tub was not hot. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, it was very dissappointing.

Nice hotel centrally located in Jefferson City. Easy parking a lot of dining options.

Room was very old and had the smell of mildew. Stains were present on pieces of furniture as well as the bathroom wall. Floors were sloping, and the ceiling had many cracks. Very cold draft was coming in through exterior wall outlets and window.
