The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa

We have been coming here for almost twenty years. The property could use a little tlc, but it also has a lot of charm. Pablo at the front desk was the best attendant we have ever had. He really made the experience better. Our AC was not working but within minutes an engineer came up and was able to fix it no problem. Room was very clean with lots of towels. Only downside was that the hot tub was broken for most of our stay. We LOVE the hot tub so that was a major bummer for us. But we will be back. I thought it was a great value.

The resort is nestled within a beautiful setting of mountains and the great town of Manchester With the best bookshop ever ! The equinox is a grand old building and I can only speak to my double queen room in the main hotel. Although clean I think the resort could do with an uplift of paint and window replacement. The front desk was friendly but not informative . The pool could stay open later than 8 pm. And the restaurants are really expensive so perhaps dine in the town. The golf course is kept really well. And the staff were very helpful

I slipped and fell in the shower, it was not a shower stall .. it was a bathtub w the shower head. Otherwise, all was terrific

The hotel is in need of a boost of energy. It lacked the core emphasis on hospitality. Overall, it is situated in a beautiful area. However, next time in the area, I will be looking to stay at the Hampton Inn. It is better kept with a more well rounded setup for daily practicality. Or, an inexpensive motel that is equally clean, similar condition exterior, yet, with a fraction of the price and inconvenience.

We love the Equinox. We usually stay here during ski season. Always looking forward to rest after a long day of ski. Amenities are amazing, the restaurant and bar are great to eat and hangout.

Hot tub nor sauna we’re working. This is pretty important for a ski Hotel, or anyone that bills themselves as a spa.

The staff were lovely but the property is definitely showing signs of age and neglect. The property needs to be cleaned up and maintained a bit better. Hot tub wasn't working when we were there.

Room was great. The hallways, lobby and bar area were very cold (understand very cold out but they need to do something about this, you shouldnt have to wear a coat inside). Staff just seemed focused on doing what they need to do...just a simple good morning with eye contact.
