Hirosaki Ekimae Hotel

I managed to book a room during the cherry blossom season. It was so nice to go back to the hotel to rest after watching the night cherry blossoms in Hirosaki. The price during the cherry blossom season wasn't cheap, but the location was great, very close to the station. The Japanese-style room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller, but it had a warm Japanese atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were a bit older and probably couldn't communicate in English, but they were very friendly. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the common area. There were very few charging stations, and the bedding was clean and comfortable.

Since it was a last-minute booking for a room without meals included, I guess this is what you get?

The Showa-era atmosphere was incredibly comforting and relaxing. It was close to the station, and there were just the right number of shops around, making it a very peaceful place to be.

The building and facilities are a little old, but the location is great, right in front of the station, and it's perfectly adequate for a one-night business trip. The front desk staff were very polite and I felt a sense of warmth from them.

This is an older hotel, right next to the station, so it is very convenient. It is suitable for people who want to visit Shirakami Mountains and the Twelve Lakes of the Gono Line. But please note that the bus to Shirakami-Sanchi only runs until the end of October, and there will be no buses going up the mountain later than that. There is no breakfast, and there is no extra money.
