Excellent location just minutes walk from trainstation. There were also a tram/bus stop just outside. Comfortable beds (really good with two queen size!) and very clean room and good bathroom and towels. Appreciate the free tram -card. Kind staff in reception. The morning staff at breakfast were very attentive and polite. Great selections of morning meal. Liked the fresh fruits and cheese and fried vegetables and diffrent hams and salami. The restaurang in the evening not so good. Got the wrong food and very small portions. Missed to have a refrigirator on the room though. Also gym could develope - expected more compared to the price we payed. Now it’s was a bit basic and got crowded quickly. The view from floor 5 was hardly mountain view. Mostly a roof.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel gives a free city transport card from the government. Location is really good. Its a short walking distance from the train station 10 mins or so. Even with luggage, we could manage well. Walking around the town, restaurants, SPAR/Billa supermarket was also convenient. Staff was really good and attentive. The view is amazinggg, seeing in daily..makes you go in awe each time. Loved our stay in Innsbruck!

The mugs in a room  was dirty, the sauna worked just from 4-10 pm . So disappointed for this money .

The hotel's location is just nice; less than 10 mins walk from central station. The room has quite a decent size, clean, and with a refrigerator. Our room has a great view too.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. For the first two days, the weather was bad, so looking out the window, all I could see was a misty, foggy landscape, with the mountains reduced to a black and white silhouette. The real surprise came on the morning of the third day. When I habitually pulled back the curtains, my eyes were met with a stunning view: a clear blue sky and a continuous range of snow-capped mountains. The joy I felt was immediate and profound. Additionally, although my room was at the end of the hall, there was a spacious balcony right next to it that led to an emergency exit. This made it incredibly convenient for a quick stretch or exercise in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel Innsbruck. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and many attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. The hotel has a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay.
