I stayed in this hotel for 10 days, and this is an ordinary hotel apartment, which does not meet the standard of a five-star hotel. When I arrived at the hotel to check in at the front desk, the staff was not very enthusiastic, and there was no welcome drink. Before booking the hotel, I had asked the hotel to reserve a high floor and a quiet room. However, the front desk staff forcibly gave a room on the lower floor, and after communication, the room was changed the next day. The kitchen in the room did not have a towel, and the room was not cleaned properly. Long hair was found in the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The washing machine is basically faulty, and every time I wash clothes, the foam comes out. When the repairman came to repair it, he said it was because I put too much detergent, but in fact, I only put a little detergent, and before using other washing machines, I put a lot of detergent and didn't encounter such a problem. After living there for 10 days, the problem was not solved at all, and every time I used the hotel's shutter to go to the shopping mall, their service was very good, and they would help you open the door and take things to pick you up in a timely manner. The most unsuccessful design is the swimming pool. The swimming pool does not see the sun from morning to night, so the water temperature is very cool, and it is impossible to go into the water at any time. This swimming pool is completely useless. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel is very poor, opening web pages is very slow, and the breakfast service in the restaurant on the 37th floor is generally very bad. Every time you eat, you must show your room card, and you must sign it, which is very inconvenient and cumbersome for hotel guests. No hotel offers such service. Some male waiters promised to serve you until you finished eating, but they didn't bring you anything. The food is very monotonous, very meager, and there is very little choice. After staying for 10 days, there was not a single breakfast that I liked. There are no more than 8 choices for hot dishes and main dishes, and bread-like foods feel very stale after being stored for several days. It is not freshly made, it is difficult to eat and not crispy, and it does not provide bibs for children. After the drinks are empty, they are not replenished in time. I told the waiter many times, but he did not do it. The toys in the children's amusement park are very, very few. There are no toys at all, but there is a place on the ground with a non-slip mat that is all broken, and after the children walk on it, they all fall off, but the new ones are replaced the next day, so they still have self-awareness, so the overall service of the lobby boy is better. In addition, during the stay, it happened to be the child's birthday, and the hotel did not give a birthday cake and birthday card, which is a very, very bad experience for a hotel.
