Ascott Embassy Sathorn Bangkok

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on a trip to Bangkok. We loved everything, from the warm welcome at the reception to check-out. Everything was very clean, modern, and beautiful—just like you see in the photos. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with plenty of options to feed our child. At the reception, our child was given balloons, and they offered apples every day. The pool offers a great view of the city, there is a sauna (which my husband appreciated), and a playroom. The service was wonderful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A very pleasant young lady named Scarlet greeted us and saw us off. She showed us around, explained everything, and played so nicely with our son while we waited for our taxi. Overall, we had a wonderful impression of the hotel. If we visit Bangkok again, we will definitely stay here.

The swimming pool is super gorgeous, and the staff are all very friendly! I would consider staying here again next time.

This is my fourth time staying here, and I still love the atmosphere. The staff are all extremely friendly. Staying here for four days and three nights really made it feel like home. Highly recommended.

Pros: 1. There's a washing machine (wash and dry combo), and they thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, so I didn't need to buy any. 2. The master bedroom has a large window with a great view, and there's also a bathtub for soaking, complete with bath salts. 3. I stayed on the 31st floor, which was very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage from check-in to check-out. 4. The gym facilities are excellent, and you can even see the pool downstairs. Cons: 1. The TV isn't a smart TV. Although it has channels from various countries, it lacks YouTube and Netflix. Screen casting only works for certain apps (like YouTube). 2. There are too few power outlets in the room, not nearly enough for charging. Most importantly, there are no outlets in the bathroom, so I had to blow-dry my hair in the living room. 3. The master bedroom has a toilet, but it's tiny. The door barely opens without hitting the toilet. 4. The second bedroom doesn't have a toilet; you have to use the one in the living room.

I've always loved Ascott. The service is warm and the rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Convenient location, spotlessly clean, and tidy. Highly recommended. A great place to stay!

The hotel has excellent hardware facilities and offers a shuttle tuk-tuk service to and from the BTS and MRT stations, as well as One Bangkok. The suite is equipped with a washer-dryer, which is simple and easy to use. However, the housekeeping service was a bit slack and cleanliness leaves room for improvement. Breakfast is served on the 37th floor with daily changes, which is quite nice.

Spacious and clean rooms with excellent service from the staff. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and tourist attractions.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The breakfast was excellent, and so was the view from the 37th floor. The service was very pleasant, and they provide everything you need, including a shuttle service to the metro and other key locations. Lumpini Park, a 7-Eleven, and a Tops supermarket are all nearby. The room was wonderful and spacious. However, the pool was cold, and I missed having a sauna. Overall, everything else was great.

An excellent, clean, and pleasant hotel. The staff are very kind and help with everything. The rooms are spacious, and a big plus is having a washing machine and even a kitchen. The bathroom is very beautiful.
