The hotel facilities are excellent,and my room on26th floor offered a fantastic view.There are many excellent restaurants and massage.The hotel provides a shuttle bus to One Bangkok.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other

Location is excellent. The free shutter service to Central Park, One Bangkok & BTS/MRT is just so convenient. Room is spacious & in room facilities is top notch.

We love the place, staff was really helpful and friendly, love the service here.
The room is really spacious, highly recommend for those travelling for 3-4 people.
The only one down side that I wish the hotel take notice is why the room has no Netflix??
It’s very disappointing when we wanna chill and watch a movie together at night and we found out there’s no Netflix. Other than that it’s all great

We ordered three rooms with one couple friends and our nephew and niece. When we went to our room then discovered air conditioners cannot turn to cooler temperatures then the staff changes other floor’s room for us but they gave us not yet ready’s room for us so we went down again to check with the staff so the manager upgraded our room to bigger room.
We are satisfied this hotel’s service and all rooms are clean and cozy, and we think conveniently, hotel provide shuttle service between hotel to Sala Daeng BTS station but we didn’t use the service because we like to walk to nearest Mall One Bangkok just 20 mins around. We like this hotel and we will come back again.

It’s a good stay, the breakfast is amazing. location is good. If there is pedestrian crossing outside the hotel to link towards convent rd would be Excellent. Sometime it’s a bit tiring walking up the bridge to Cross over. Other than that no complain, all is Good and staffs are friendly….thanks guys

The rooms were really clean, spacious and comfortable.
Service level of their front desk and lobby staff was truly impeccable. They were responsive to our queries. Had a really smooth check in n checkout process and was great we were able to hang out and relax at the lounge while we kill some time after checkout and before our airport transfer arrives.
The complimentary tuk tuk service was a blessing for us as we were traveling with elderlies and aren’t as mobile.
