Despite some glitches with the website and getting a different room than we originally thought, it was an overall great experience. I'm glad I accidentally came across this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the Family Week activities and there were luckily decent ones left despite booking kind of last minute. Hatchet Throwing and Artisanal Tacos were def faves. My 9 year old even tried corn tortillas. I loved the food options and all inclusive aspect. Two pools to use with the kids. My husband even went in the outside one in February! Loved interacting with Lucy the horse. One downfall I felt was the website and having to use the 4 different codes to book activities. But adding and changing once there ended up being easy. It can be difficult to reach people by phone or email due to volume but all staff was very friendly and it's just a beautiful place. There's still a bit of a learning curve with family week too so I would not give less stars especially as Miraval is trying to accommodate families and experiences for all when most resort spas do not do this.

The resort was fabulous! The choices of classes were plentiful. Classes I took included aerial yoga, taco making, leather journal making, and flower arranging. I also had a deep tissue massage which was heavenly. The food was spectacular! I wish I had more pictures to share but it is a device free resort so I wasn't able to take photos. That being said there were a lot of people on phones. I didn't see anyone told to put them away which was disappointing.

My husband and I had an incredible experience staying at Miraval for our babymoon. I highly recommend speaking with someone ahead of time to plan out each day, but the staff was extremely amenable to assisting with any last minute changes we had. The food was delicious and we both especially appreciated that they had plenty of snacks available throughout the day!

My fourth visit to Miraval Berkshires. I love the property in winter. So cozy and the spa is absolutely the best place to pass time. I stayed for 4 nights on a solo retreat. I adore the classes and the spa services. It's an incredible treat.

Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to re-center themselves personally or professionally. The range of activities is impressive, the spa is amazing, the overall ethos is calming.

My husband and I have gone to Miraval Berkshires for the last 4 years as a reset to start the year. We are NEVER disappointed! The staff, experiences, grounds, spa, food and community continue to exceed our expectations and will keep us coming back year after year.

We expected a higher level of customer service and hospitality. When the toilet didn't work and there was no comparable room available, the manager did not seem sorry, just matter of fact. It was my friend's birthday and we asked for a birthday set up upon arrival - it wasn't there and despite multiple asks, the ball was dropped. The spa facility was the best part of the stay. Not worth the money.

Miraval is a fabulous wellness retreat. It is a perfect place to reset the body , mind and soul. They offer great experiences, excellent massage services, tasty healthy food menu, and an atmosphere that is calm and happy. Fantastic staff, comfy bed and beautiful property in the mountains. Outdoor hot tub is so wonderful when it's 17' outside in January.
