HUALUXE Chongqing Science Hall

Our butlers, Xinghan and Shancha, were incredibly reliable. They had our rooms perfectly prepared even before we checked in. We were traveling with kids for a competition, so convenience was key, and the butlers were always responsive, quick to answer, and quick to resolve any requests. Also, the Chinese restaurant was surprisingly good – highly recommend it!

Extremely satisfied with my trip! A big thank you to Zisu, Carry, Xinghan, and Leo for their incredibly thoughtful hospitality and help. ❤️❤️❤️

The room had great natural light, and the facilities were complete and spotless. The front desk staff, Wanqing and Zisu, were polite and patient, and check-in was very efficient. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, and the taste was excellent. The sleeping environment was quiet, allowing for a very comfortable rest. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, making for a very pleasant stay.

Booked this hotel for my child's competition, and it was super convenient—just a skywalk away. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were attentive and had excellent attitudes. A special thanks to our butlers, Camellia and Pinellia; I left my phone behind when checking out, and they helped me find it.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. It really lives up to the InterContinental Hualuxe brand. A special thank you to Qiu Shui and Mo Hai, who were both enthusiastic and promptly resolved any issues I had. My experience was fantastic! 👍

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warmth and politeness from every staff member! I arrived quite late that day, but I'm particular about my rooms. Julie at the front desk patiently showed me several options until I found one I loved! The hotel environment is lovely and comfortable, and the pool and gym facilities are excellent. Every staff member at the restaurant was incredibly attentive and friendly! Without me even asking, they prepared hot water and coffee for me every day. I'd like to thank all the hotel staff, especially Julie, Leo, and Diana. I hope the hotel takes good care of its outstanding employees!
