Very good hotel, bedroom is clean bathroom also clean. However, just the mug and water heater slightly not clean which is strange. Aircond is cold but quite noisy rattle sound. But good enough with the price, ample parking space and strategic location. Will come again if our budget still tight

The room was not clean; there was dust and rubbish under the bed. The room lighting was dim. The room's location was far and difficult to access. Check-in took too long; we could only get in at 4:30 PM, even though we arrived at 3 PM. The air conditioning in the room was not cold at all. The bathroom floor was greasy, the showerhead was about to fall off, and the plastic toilet seat was broken. Water pressure was very low. The shampoo and soap provided were very small. The refrigerator was full of ice. The pool was far from the room as it was in a separate building. The cleanliness of the pool was okay. My experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory.

I was very happy staying at Hotel Permai because of the amenities and the low rates compared to other hotels. This is my second stay there. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices—you could even brew your own coffee.

The bathroom is dark, with no lights. The room lights are also dim. The Wi-Fi and mobile signal are slow. The soup at breakfast tasted like it was for toddlers 🤣, and there was no chicken. Everything else was okay, but there weren't many options. The pool was also fine.
