I had a good stay at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu. The room was comfortable and the facilities were nice, especially the swimming pool. The nasi dagang at the hotel was delicious! Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay for both relaxation and local food experience.

Love the kid & adult pool my husband and son enjoyed it so much love the breakfast too everything was okay (except I dont really fond the dust at each of room corner but thats not a big deal) we just focusing on having rest & sleep because most of the time we’re out of the room. bathroom also okay have warm water we get room at the corner & away from lift (as I requested) air conditioning is strong & good has iron & board has refrigerator too will comeback next time

The hotel is not as what i expected. Not worth my money at all. I give an extra points to all staff, at least they tried to fulfill my request. First room, i got a very bad bed. Can feel the spring when you lay on the bed. Even the pillow os not arranged tidy. The toilet is not really clean. The carpet in the room is wet beside of the bed. I request to change room, then the staff is really helpfull. But still, the cleanliness is same. Housekeeping same as first room, but with better bed. However, the iron is horrible, managed to burn my scarft and shirt. Just want to compliment the nasi dagang and kacang pool during breakfast. But dont have a lot of choices. Overall, not a good stay.

Parking basement gelap, quite scary for me. Hotel lama tapi dah di relook. Bahagian corridor ke bilik agak suram tapi so far ok je nothing eeriee happen. Breakfast tak banyak variety tapi food sedap
