An absolute gem! Even though the decor is a bit dated and the air conditioner sounds like a tractor, the location is unbeatable, and the sea view room is amazing. No breakfast? No problem! The first Thai restaurant down the alley is a hidden treasure with great food and prices. It's a bit silly that check-in is only after 3 PM, but you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go enjoy Karon Beach. The front desk service is excellent, with a few friendly ladies. All in all, fantastic value for money!

The location is great, right next to the Karon roundabout and directly facing Karon Beach. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, and you can see the famous 'internet celebrity dog' every day. Watching the sunset from the balcony is absolutely unbeatable! The room in this serviced apartment is really spacious, but the bathroom is genuinely small and, being an internal room, has a slight odor. The air conditioning in the bedroom has a design flaw and poor placement, so it doesn't cool effectively. The key card lock on the main door is severely aged, making opening the door a struggle every time. I'm also unsure how often the duvet covers and pillowcases are changed, as they smelled a bit off… The front desk staff consisted of a few Thai women who seemed unfriendly towards Chinese guests, acting a bit passive-aggressively, though communication was fine for basic needs. In summary, this serviced apartment has average service, spacious rooms, and complete facilities, but they are severely aged! The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around, making it more suitable for friends traveling together than for family trips.

This hotel has been around for many years, so the furniture is quite traditional. The bathroom and other facilities are still functional, and the price is very affordable. The location is excellent; a 7-Eleven is right outside the door, and Karon Beach is just across the street. If you opt for a sea-view room, you can enjoy stunning ocean views every day (this hotel is also the tallest building in the vicinity). The room is very spacious, a one-bedroom apartment over 100 square meters, with a refrigerator, microwave, and various utensils, making it very convenient for living. The only downside is that the walls were repainted in May, so there's still a noticeable smell indoors. Overall, it's a great choice.

A wonderful hotel on Karon Beach. The rooms are large and spacious, with multiple balconies and beautiful views. The bed is big and comfortable, and the kitchen is good and roomy. The staff are polite and always ready to help. There's a large swimming pool, and room cleaning is well done. The room has everything you need. The hotel staff are wonderful, kind, and responsive people. The ladies at reception are very kind, and the security guards at the entrance are always friendly; everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. It's the best hotel on Karon Beach.

This is an excellent option for a large family or group. The reception managers were very friendly and always helped with any questions we had. It was my dad's birthday, and they sweetly surprised him with a cake! :) When we checked in, we noticed one TV wasn't working, and they replaced it with a new one that same day! They even set up all the apps for us. Housekeeping was daily, the linens were clean, and you can get beach towels at the reception desk! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the views were beautiful!

One of my favorite places in Karon, the staff are very competent and everything went perfectly.

The sea view is amazing, the room is spacious, and the high floor offers a great view.
