Wonderful room, spacious, with a stunning view from all three balconies; you can even see the Buddha directly from the living room. Excellent check-in experience, allowing us in 2 hours ahead of time. The staff were very attentive!

Simply magnificent! Excellent location, right in the center of Karon. It's just 100 meters from the sea, with everything you need nearby: a small shop, Macro supermarket, massage parlors, Lotus department store, night markets, temples, and great transportation links to Phuket Town—taxis are always available. As for the room, it was delightful: a gorgeous room with a constant sea view, a large fully-equipped kitchen (where you can cook anything after buying groceries), plenty of space, a modern TV, a bathtub, and a pool right at the doorstep. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Next time, it's definitely coming back here! One remark: absolutely no complaints!

The hotel's location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are two 7-Eleven convenience stores right outside. However, on our first day, the air conditioning in both rooms was broken. The front desk closes at 10 PM, so my husband and I, along with our child, barely slept that first night. On the second day, they said they'd send a technician to fix it, but by evening, they told us no one was coming. So, they moved us to another room. The new room was dusty from renovations. The AC worked, but it was incredibly noisy, buzzing loudly until morning. On the third day, they said a technician came to fix the original rooms, but reported them unfixable. So, we stayed in the new room, enduring another noisy night. The hotel's sea view is beautiful, and the front desk staff are lovely. But overall, the stay was just so-so. I didn't get any good sleep and had to catch up on it when I got back home!

An absolute gem! Even though the decor is a bit dated and the air conditioner sounds like a tractor, the location is unbeatable, and the sea view room is amazing. No breakfast? No problem! The first Thai restaurant down the alley is a hidden treasure with great food and prices. It's a bit silly that check-in is only after 3 PM, but you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go enjoy Karon Beach. The front desk service is excellent, with a few friendly ladies. All in all, fantastic value for money!

The location is great, right next to the Karon roundabout and directly facing Karon Beach. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, and you can see the famous 'internet celebrity dog' every day. Watching the sunset from the balcony is absolutely unbeatable! The room in this serviced apartment is really spacious, but the bathroom is genuinely small and, being an internal room, has a slight odor. The air conditioning in the bedroom has a design flaw and poor placement, so it doesn't cool effectively. The key card lock on the main door is severely aged, making opening the door a struggle every time. I'm also unsure how often the duvet covers and pillowcases are changed, as they smelled a bit off… The front desk staff consisted of a few Thai women who seemed unfriendly towards Chinese guests, acting a bit passive-aggressively, though communication was fine for basic needs. In summary, this serviced apartment has average service, spacious rooms, and complete facilities, but they are severely aged! The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around, making it more suitable for friends traveling together than for family trips.

This hotel has been around for many years, so the furniture is quite traditional. The bathroom and other facilities are still functional, and the price is very affordable. The location is excellent; a 7-Eleven is right outside the door, and Karon Beach is just across the street. If you opt for a sea-view room, you can enjoy stunning ocean views every day (this hotel is also the tallest building in the vicinity). The room is very spacious, a one-bedroom apartment over 100 square meters, with a refrigerator, microwave, and various utensils, making it very convenient for living. The only downside is that the walls were repainted in May, so there's still a noticeable smell indoors. Overall, it's a great choice.

A wonderful hotel on Karon Beach. The rooms are large and spacious, with multiple balconies and beautiful views. The bed is big and comfortable, and the kitchen is good and roomy. The staff are polite and always ready to help. There's a large swimming pool, and room cleaning is well done. The room has everything you need. The hotel staff are wonderful, kind, and responsive people. The ladies at reception are very kind, and the security guards at the entrance are always friendly; everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. It's the best hotel on Karon Beach.
