They upgraded my room for free, and the view outside was absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff, Shirley, was incredibly efficient and proactive. She handled both the check-in and explaining important details like room cleaning exceptionally well and quickly. Because of her excellent service, I even extended my stay for another day.

I really need to give Huajianfang a serious review, not to complain, but because I love this brand and hope it keeps getting better. I've always loved Huajianfang; ever since my first encounter with it in Wuxi, it's been my top choice whenever I travel to a new place. This is my first time staying at a Huajianfang in Guangdong, and it feels a bit different. This review's five stars go to the front desk, restaurant, night bar, bellhop, and concierge staff – they were all incredibly warm and polite. The rest are areas that could be improved. 1. **Room Odor:** There was a strange, inexplicable musty smell, but I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. It's hard to describe. The Huajianfangs I've stayed at before usually had a faint, pleasant aroma of incense or essential oils, but this one in Huadu was different. The upholstered chaise lounge and carpet could be the source of the smell. It wasn't a pleasant experience. 2. **Bathroom Hair Dryer:** The hairdryer in the bathroom was even worse than the one Stephen Chow supposedly used at the Regent Hotel. Seriously, it was a struggle for me, a guy with a buzz cut, to dry my hair, let alone someone with longer hair. Replacing it with a more powerful one wouldn't cost much. 3. **Shower Head Holder:** The shower head holder was old and loose, making it impossible to secure the shower head properly. I had to hold the shower head with one hand while washing with the other – it was quite a clumsy scene. The bedside tables had a black walnut veneer, and the scuff marks were very noticeable, making me, a perfectionist, feel like they weren't clean. 4. **Breakfast Coffee Machine:** Two out of the three coffee machines weren't working properly. It took ten minutes to get a latte. And there wasn't a single staff member to notify us when they were about to close up shop. This could definitely be handled better. 5. **Lobby Lighting:** The lobby lighting was a bit dim. I felt it was a bland, unlayered dimness, not a stylish or atmospheric one. There was no ambiance at all. It was this dim both day and night. This Huajianfang seems to be a bit old, but these issues aren't related to how long it's been open. I hope the owners can pay attention to these details and not disappoint us 'Huajianfang fans' who have such high expectations for the brand.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience! The room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were very helpful and responsive to any issues. The facilities were comprehensive, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. This is definitely my top choice when visiting the area, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

The service and environment here are absolutely fantastic, I'll definitely be staying again! The location is super convenient, right next to Sunac Land, Water World, and Snow World, all within 500 meters. You can park your car at the hotel and take the No. 11 road everywhere, it's perfect. Plus, the breakfast is incredibly rich, delicious, and tasty!

This was my first visit, and overall, I found it very comfortable. The front desk upgraded my room to a lake-view suite for an extra 99 RMB during check-in. It was incredibly quiet at night, with only the occasional sound of insects and birds. The room was spotlessly clean, and there was a very comfortable balcony. Smokers will appreciate this, as they won't have to go up and down just for a cigarette. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. There was so much food that you'd wish you had more stomach space – no worries about not eating enough! The Sunac Mall is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Sunac Snow World and Water Park are both inside the mall. On Saturdays and Sundays, there's also a shuttle bus that runs every hour, which is very convenient. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel. This place is truly perfect for a family vacation with young and old alike, offering excellent value for money.

We came here to visit Sunac Land and booked this hotel primarily because it has a swimming pool. It's perfect for the kids to relax after a fun day!

This was our second stay here, and the hotel environment is cozy and comfortable. The service, especially, is incredibly heartwarming. On the day we checked in, the front desk upgraded us for free and allowed us to check in early because my kids had a ski lesson and needed to be there early. On checkout day, I requested a late checkout to use the pool, and the hotel readily extended it until 3 PM. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend!
