Amid Hotel Seoul

Overall, this had the cleanest housekeeping of any hotel I've stayed at recently... but! It was disappointing to find hairs on 2 out of the 4 towels provided. The female front desk staff member seemed quite inexperienced in her manner and way of explaining things, but the male senior staff member (presumably) next to her stepped in and handled it very well. + The underground parking garage was also well-maintained and convenient.

The rooms are indeed small, but if you don't leave your suitcases open and instead unpack everything into the closet and designated storage areas, it's actually very convenient. Breakfast is 100% continental, but by the 5th day it got a bit repetitive since the menu never changes. The hotel's location is a 10/10—everything is within walking distance day and night, and whatever you need is just a 5 to 15-minute walk away. There is a convenience store right at the hotel and another one just 20 meters away. If we visit Seoul again, we will 100% choose this hotel! Thank you for your hospitality! P.S.: By the way, we were able to check in at 1:00 PM, and they extended our room for a nominal fee on our departure day since our flight was in the evening.

It's been a while since my last stay here. Here are the things I love about this place: * **Location**: It's right next to Insadong. If you don't mind walking, you can take a stroll to Cheonggyecheon Stream, or even to Ikseondong and Anguk. Gwangjang Market is only about a 10-minute bus ride away. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. * **Amenities**: They use Anne Semonin products. I'm happy every time I use them. * **Bathroom**: The spacious bathtub helps wash away all the travel fatigue. * **Staff**: Everyone is polite and has lovely smiles. A big thank you to the cleaning staff for keeping everything so spotless.

The staff were very enthusiastic and provided warm service. There were also Chinese-speaking staff available to assist with check-in. The hotel's location is excellent, with public transportation just a few steps away. The stay experience was also good. Amid is a hotel with great value for money.

The room was cleaner and newer than it appeared in the pictures, highly recommended. It's also not far from the airport shuttle stop, and there's a supermarket and food options downstairs, which is very convenient.

The environment is quite good, and transportation is convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. There are also a few streets nearby to explore. The police station across the street provides a great sense of security, and the air conditioning works very well.

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I felt very safe because it's right opposite a police station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store next door, so it's easy to grab a bite if you're hungry. The room size was just right for me, and it was very safe and quiet at night. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
