POR Arak-No Parking

My only gripe about this hotel stay was that the 7-Eleven just 2 minutes away has closed down. Now, getting to another one takes at least 5 minutes, which is a bit inconvenient. The bathroom has a shower curtain, and the balcony is accessible with a nice pool view. This hotel offers excellent value for money and there were no noise issues. The staff were truly amazing; they were so understanding and helpful when I spilled coffee and broke a glass! They deserve a huge thumbs up! There's also a school nearby, so you can find street food stalls in the mornings. Overall, this hotel is very convenient, and the breakfast was quite good too. I stayed for three days and had different breakfast options each day, which is definitely a plus! 👍👍👍

The hotel's overall environment was good – clean and comfortable. However, the room was quite small. I booked a twin room for two adults and a child, and it felt very cramped. The main issue was that they wanted to charge me an extra fee because my child was over 7 years old, which I found unreasonable. I didn't request an extra bed or any other additional services, and the booking page didn't state that there would be an extra charge for children over 7. I firmly refused to pay it! The air conditioning in the room was terrible; it was incredibly noisy. It was too loud to sleep with it on, but too hot to sleep with it off, so I didn't get much good sleep during my stay. There was hardly any space in the bathroom to put things, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast, however, was good – delicious and with a wide variety of options. But I won't be choosing this hotel again next time! Not being able to sleep well was the biggest problem!

Revisiting this hotel, it's comparable to a Hanting (a popular budget hotel chain in China) in terms of quality. The environment is decent, and there's a swimming pool downstairs. The biggest issue, however, is the pillows – they're too soft, and they don't offer any firm options, which is a downside. Also, the soundproofing is a bit problematic, so those who are particular about their sleep should take note.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, eager to assist with any travel-related issues. The facilities were excellent too. The lobby offered complimentary drinks, fruit, coffee, and water. Breakfast was also delicious!

Aside from the poor soundproofing, the room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was decent. They offer free fruits and drinks all day, and the location is great with plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend staying here, highly recommend.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a good variety every day. The room cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were all very nice. It's not on the main road, so it was very quiet at night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.
