The hotel is the most noisy I have ever known. The staff make so much noise in the corridors with clinking glass water bottles, talking loudly and closing many servive doors, it would be easier to just sleep in the lift. The service is slow. Traffic noise continues all night. This is a hotel to avoid.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Pavilion, making it super convenient to get around. There's also an open-air pool on the 6th floor, and the service is exceptional! I'll definitely choose Marriott again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur!!
