The family room was decorated adorably and was very spacious. The air conditioning worked great. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, making for a fantastic experience. Each floor has mineral water conveniently placed by the elevators. The breakfast on the 3rd floor was delicious, with hot stir-fried noodles, freshly made soup noodles and wontons, and a fruit and yogurt section. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends!

The hotel's location is right next to the Grand Tang Everbright City and Chang'an Twelve Hours, with another Wanao Hotel nearby, making it easy to get confused. The front desk staff were very friendly and the facilities were quite new. However, the overall feel didn't quite live up to a 4-diamond rating; a 3-diamond rating would be more fitting. There's only one elevator for the entire hotel, which is used by staff for moving items and everyone else, making it quite inconvenient. Even though it was very hot outside, there was no air conditioning in the hallway on our floor, making it very hot and stuffy.
