Hotel Tugasa Villa de Algar

Alojamiento de fin de semana muy agradable. En esta fecha, todo estaba muy tranquilo y eso buscábamos. El hotel rural es bonito y con vistas a las montañas. La habitación estaba muy bien, tenía de todo. Para mí y mi cuello, lo único que no fue tan agradable, por decir algo, fue la almohada, que era demasiado fina y blanda, a pesar de haber dos. El colchón muy bien. Nos gustaría volver en primavera o verano para usar el balcón dd la habitación y la piscina 😉

Hemos llegado y está la zona de fuera llena de vasos y un olor a alcohol que me daba asco que mi hija con 8 años a la 1 de la madrugada después de un viaje de 6 horas tuviera que ver eso. Nadie nos dice por teléfono que son fiestas y que tenemos una discoteca al aire libre justo enfrente, y la mujer que nos atiende a esas horas en recepción, viendo que estamos reventados nos dice con una sonrisa en la cara ¡Esque estamos de fiestas! ¡La gente del hotel ya me ha dicho que no han dormido bien!... Bueno, un caso que no hay por dónde coger. No hay aire acondicionado y estamos en la calle a 24 grados, dentro de la habitación estaremos a 30, y con las puertas cerradas para que no se oiga tanto es imposible dormir. Un desastre por donde lo mires.

The location is beautiful, the hotel is nice and comfortable, but the room had a damp wall (it was painted, of course, but the dampness was noticeable)... I couldn't position the shower head high because the holding it in place was broken... One thing worth highlighting is the very, very comfortable bed. The restaurant had breakfast (magnificent), we had dinner there, and well... The food was delicious, but... I think the prices are a bit high for what they offer (this is my personal opinion). What we didn't like was the welcome... They barely explained what services we could request, the restaurant, areas to visit, etc. It was very quiet. They tell you the room and that's it, nothing more... These are little things that tourists would like to know. And well we took the room with (Smartbox 100€ box) From my point of view, if the night was worth 50.00€ (I think it would be about 10€ more for being upstairs... because there was humidity in the room it wouldn't be the best) and (breakfast 18€ for two people) the rest could have been a lunch, or dinner, some more detail... I don't think it's worth taking with Smartbox... Besides, it said on the website that they could give a detail of water and chocolates and we only got a small bottle for two... That said, I would highlight the friendly behavior of a young waiter with a little beard, who told us what was for breakfast, and served us at dinner magnificently well.
