Blackberry Inn

My friend and I booked a couple of rooms over Memorial Day weekend. She was in the Bette Davis room and I was in the Painted Lady room. Both rooms were very charming and comfortable (and clean). Despite the rooms being on the front of the house, we did not find the traffic noise to be at all bothersome. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Bob and Cat were gracious and welcoming. The location is ideal (it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the harbor). I would gladly stay at the Blackberry Inn again.

We loved everything about the inn, from the comfortable bed to the delicious breakfast. It was very clean, with beautiful interiors and exteriors and it’s clear they take great care in maintaining every detail. The service was excellent throughout our stay, the hosts, Bob and Cat were also amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. P.s we managed to spot a moose in Rockwood.

A cozy and elegant property. The innkeepers are welcoming and friendly, and have filled the inn with lovingly chosen artiistic details. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier winter weekend getaway.

Warm, comfortable inn with great hosts. Breakfast was fabulous and filling. Close to downtown ( maybe 4 blocks) so we could walk everywhere. Older building so everything is upstairs . Didn’t see any elevator if one needed one. Each room was different and had its own individuality. Bathrooms were tight as is to be expected with an older building but fully furnished.

The Blackberry Inn is a charming bed and breakfast in a historical Painted Lady house. Cat and Bob are amazing hosts. We booked the Salon and Lizzy’s rooms for our two night stay at the Inn. By far, the best breakfast we had on the trip! We enjoyed walking to the downtown and harbor area of Camden. Mount Bettie is short drive away.

Apparently the check in is framed between 3-6pm. Due to traffic we were late 20 minutes and dared to ring the door. Someone answered and without coming down sent us to the units in the back of the house. The attitude was standoffish. . The bathroom smelled from mold which for me is a turn off. It’s too expensive for what they give. And there are too strict with their rules for travelers.

A wonderful charming bed and breakfast. Short walk into town. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace to unwind around at the end of the day. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Homemade 2 course breakfast with tea and coffee served hot every morning. Ample on site parking. Quick walk to downtown Camden area. Owners are very kind!

We truly enjoyed our 1 night stay in the beautiful inn. Staff was amazing. Bed was very comfortable even though it was high off the floor, lol. If and when we make it back to Maine we will stay there again.
