## Facilities: To be honest, the decor of this hotel is truly unique. The overall impression is a bit like a luxurious train carriage. I was initially drawn in by the hotel's design, but frankly, once you actually check in, it actually becomes a drawback. It's quite simple: the hotel is located near one of the largest train stations, so the area around it is inherently noisy and feels quite unsafe. When you return to the hotel and find a similar color scheme, it can actually make you feel quite uneasy. Furthermore, the hotel corridors are very winding, which adds to a sense of insecurity, especially for women. ## Service: The hotel's service was also just average. As a five-star hotel under the Hyatt brand, I had rather high expectations. During check-in, the bellboy clearly saw my luggage but didn't offer to help. Instead, he asked if I needed assistance. At that point, I felt their training was very inadequate. This included the security guard at the entrance and the doorman, who showed no initiative whatsoever in helping guests with their luggage or lifting it into a car. ## Dining: On the first floor, there's a light food and coffee shop where many non-hotel guests come to work. The overall decor is still very beautiful. There's also a restaurant on the rooftop, but the food quality absolutely doesn't match its price. On average, each meal cost around 80 pounds, a price at which you could easily enjoy a Michelin-starred meal elsewhere. ## Summary: If you're genuinely interested in unique hotel design and 4000 RMB is an acceptable price range for you, then I think you could give it a try. However, this brings up another point: I think the hotel's positioning is very ambiguous. Firstly, someone spending this kind of money to stay here wouldn't likely be a business traveler, as it's quite expensive. If it were for families, it clearly doesn't have any suitable family-friendly restaurants or amenities. And if it's for transit guests, why would people who just got off the train choose this not-so-comfortable hotel? Please consider these points when making your decision. 🫶🏻

The room isn't big, but it's perfectly adequate for tourists who spend most of their day out and about. It can be a bit tight when trying to pack/unpack luggage. However, the location is fantastic, directly opposite King's Cross Station, making it super convenient to get anywhere.
