The Urban

A beautiful environment, a quiet retreat in the bustling heart of Siem Reap. The service staff were absolutely fantastic, greeting me every time they saw me. Our night bus arrived early in the morning, so we couldn't check in yet. The front desk kindly offered us their spa room to freshen up and rest. Even though the lobby doesn't have air conditioning, when I accidentally fell asleep there, a staff member quietly brought a fan over for me. I was incredibly touched! The welcome amenities were also exquisite and delicious. My only minor complaints are the lack of an elevator – if you're on the top floor, you'll be climbing up and down four floors daily. Also, there were quite a few geckos on the exterior walls at night. While I didn't encounter any inside, those who are afraid of geckos should be aware.

Superb welcome, incredibly well-located hotel (near the Night Market, Pub Street, and tons of small restaurants)! The staff were incredibly attentive, the pool was beautiful (though a bit too shady), there's a lovely patio with lots of plants, and the manager checks in almost daily to make sure everything is going well! The restaurant is also very good!

I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were friendly and proactively checked in to see if I needed anything, which made me feel at ease. The location is also great, being within walking distance of Pub Street, making it a convenient spot for a night out.
