Joia Rose Hall by Iberostar

We loved the beach and the pools! Lots of comfy seating and a variety of sun amd shade. The food was amazing!!

This was our 7th stay at iberostars in jamaica. 8th overall. My past reviews have all been 5 star. This was not. We understand they are recovering from a major hurricane but downgrading us from a king to 2 queens(felt like we were sharing a full all week) is not my idea of a romantic getaway. Our king room ac was not funtional (sheets were damp, room smelled like mildew). We tried havimg them change sheets and fix ac. This did not work. Finally Barrington(thank god for him) got us into a dry room(although small beds). If you advertise you are fully operational and you take our hard earned money(we save all year for this) we expect to get what we paid for. We may try another Iberostar in the future but it probably wont be the grand in jamaica

We had a great time at JOIA Iberostar. Room was beautiful and clean. Outside pool area was relaxing, there are three different pool sections and there is Sunbum tanning lotion available by the pool towel shed. The food at the resort was delicious, we enjoyed the buffet, Galleon restaurant and the Italian restaurant. No reservations needed for restaurants, however there is always a waitlist, 45min to an hour wait. Shout out to Omar for serving us during breakfast and lunch buffet. While everything else was exceptional, Drinks could have been better. We were pretty disappointed that for a five star resort the quality of the drinks were a letdown. All frozen drinks tasted the same, mojitos and margaritas didn’t hit the mark either. We’re not big drinkers, but vacation is that special time when you want to sit back, sip something delicious, and catch a little buzz. Thank you Moesha for serving us by the pool.

The staff, resort and food was exceptional!! The resort is beautiful and has the best Jamaican food Ive ever had!!

Clean room, great housekeeping. Beach and pools very nice Restaurants a bit hit or miss, especially the wait times and inability to make reservations

What a gem! We loved it here. The food was great. The location is close to the airport but still very secluded. The room was amazing and we LOVED the private beach. Overall an amazing place to stay whether it’s for a short trip or a longer one.

The room was a 10/10 and the staff very helpful and nice. Our butler Andre was top tier. He kept us informed on everything that was happening. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

This was a lovely resort! We will definitely go back for our anniversary. The staff was very friendly and the food at the buffet was delicious. We had ocean view room and the view was amazing. Really liked the vibe and quietness of the resort with it being all adults. Only issue is that some people smoke outside near the pool bar and that ruins the mood. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, and there was plenty of seating. And the drinks were excellent! All of the bartenders were amazing and every drink was strong.

Excellent resort to relax and enjoy the sun. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful; special shout out goes to our butlers Berris and Omar that went out of their way to facilitate and/or meet all our requests. The Jamaican restaurant, for our taste, was the best
