First off, the location was absolutely perfect, just about a 3-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast was also delicious, with cooked-to-order dishes and pho. My personal favorite was the banh mi, made with French bread, ham, and vegetables. And above all, every single staff member was incredibly kind. They gave us detailed recommendations for shops and laundry services. I was truly touched by their kindness. I would love to stay here again.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The environment was fantastic, and they even invited us to rest at the front desk and offered us water, then turned on the air conditioning to cool down our room beforehand. This level of detail is something I've never experienced in any other hotel. After checking out, the hotel even allowed us to take a complimentary shower before heading to the train station for Da Nang. I highly recommend this hotel! [The room was spacious and quiet, with plenty of hot water and free ice.]

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by smiling staff, which was very welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The location was convenient and lively, and there was free shuttle service for booked tourist attractions and from Sapa to the hotel. Restaurants and shops nearby were within walking distance, which was very convenient. The buffet breakfast had a decent selection and was delicious.

This hotel is centrally located in the old quarters. Walking distance to many spas, shops, and restaurants. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to stay with them!

The staff very helpful, kind and give many information about hanoi. I remember Lucas (receptionist) help me to rent motorbike. I got my room upgrade too. Super recommended. Very near from Hoan kiem lake, just walk 200m.
