This hotel was a very welcome change and I was extremely happy I moved here. I came to this property after leaving another hotel that was unbearably noisy inside the building. This hotel was quiet, comfortable, and immediately felt more relaxing. The location is excellent. It sits right on the border of the Old Town and the French Quarter, which makes it easy to get almost anywhere on foot. Hoan Kiem Lake is about one block away, and there are plenty of cafés, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. It felt much less congested and far easier to walk around in than other parts of the Old Town. The room was very clean and well maintained. The shower had abundant hot water with good water pressure, which made a big difference after long days out. Sound insulation was good, and I slept well. The breakfast buffet on the second floor was excellent. It was well executed, fresh, and abundant, with plenty of choices and good replenishment. Overall, this hotel offered comfort, calm, and convenience in a great location. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the city without the constant noise and congestion. Huge thanks to Lucas, Danny and Daisy!

Love this hotel for their hospitality from the day we checked in untill we chaecked out. Their service was excellent. We love their breakfast too, their pho was so good. The room was big enough for our family. Location of this hotel was strategic so we are easy to find local food. Thank you very much for all of the staff 😊

The location of the hotel is great; walking distance to many places of interests within Old Quarter. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room size is very decent. Will stay here again next time.

I'm very delighted with the service provided by the hotel. The moment I booked it and throughout my stay in the hotel, the service is top notch with excellent service. Staff message me to inquire if we need airport transfer the moment I made a booking. Lobby Staff had been very helpful and very friendly. I booked the deluxe family room which is very big and cosy. Breakfast is very good, my family enjoy it. The hotel is very near to Hoàn Kiếm lake, just 5 minute walk and very easy to access to nearby restaurant. Last but not least, big shout out to Ms Kim Nyugen the Customer Service Manager, she had been very helpful and very friendly. She enjoyed interacting with my small kid. Thumbs up !

This is a hotel located in old quarter, walking distance to the lake. The taste of breakfast and some details can be improved, e.g put three sets of towers instead of two, the bathroom has not enough ventilation, bath towers are still wet in the morning after the night shower, there is no extra tower to use except a tiny face tower. We managed to check in early at 6am with a fee, overall it was a good stay, the team of counter staff are extremely helpful, many thanks to the team.

We booked family room for 3 of us. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and fit my neck& shoulder perfectly, I sleep very well! Outside raining, we rather rest at hotel room. The breakfast has rich choices, fruits & salad are fresh. Staff is very friendly, give me the train schedule when know me going to visit train street. The hotel is just located in the old quarter, waking distance to 36 streets & beer street. Highly recommended.

Good location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, St Joseph Cathedral and night market. Met the legendary owner of  Bu Banh Mi, Mr Bu himself. His beard resembles the founder of the country. Great Banh Mi and very very affordable

We have an excellent stay at this hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb; inside the Old Quarter and very near to the lake. Shopping, food and weekend night market are all within very short walking distance. All the hotel staff speak very good English. The front desk staff (Tracy, Claire, Daisy and Ms Kim) are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Tracy who is very chatty and informative. The doorman and porter are very polite and nice . Breakfast spread is also nice and yummy. Location is superb; inside the Old Quarter, with all the shopping, food and actions very close by. Highly recommend this hotel!
