The St. Regis Lhasa Resort

This is my fourth time staying at the St. Regis Lhasa, and it's always been a fantastic trip. I really appreciate Tina's thoughtful and meticulous arrangements every time I visit. She's so considerate! I'll definitely choose the St. Regis again next time.

The room was spacious, and the hotel environment was fantastic – perfect for taking photos. It was very quiet, and the oxygen supply equipment was a thoughtful touch. Our butler, Tina, provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious.

This Tibetan-style hotel is absolutely stunning, with every area being incredibly photogenic. The 24-hour infirmary on-site gave us peace of mind during our travels. The room was spacious and very clean, and the amenities were excellent. We spent an entire afternoon relaxing at the Tufan Bar on the sixth floor, sipping tea and enjoying the sun. In the evening, we even captured some fantastic night shots of the Potala Palace lit up. The butler service was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even recommended some local ******* restaurants that were both affordable and delicious. If you're coming to Lhasa, I highly recommend this classic St. Regis hotel.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. Each room even has an oxygen generator. You can see the Potala Palace right from the lobby, and the view from the Tufan Bar on the sixth floor is particularly stunning. The location is unbeatable, right on the central Jiangsu Road. The Lhasa Municipal Committee is directly opposite the hotel, and Barkhor Street is within walking distance. Overall, it's highly recommended. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, where you order your main course. On the first morning, my two elderly parents went to the restaurant by themselves. Either due to a communication issue or staff oversight, no one helped them order. Consequently, my parents complained that the breakfast selection was so limited, and they only ate a few small pastries.

Excellent hotel with great facilities, including diffused oxygen. The butler service was fantastic. I didn't stay here for two days later on, but I had a package delivered to the St. Regis, and my butler, Yixi, even signed for it and kept it safe for me. I'll definitely look for Yixi every time I come back to the St. Regis; he's a very responsible butler.

Facilities: Well-maintained. Cleanliness: Very clean. 24-hour Butler Service: The front desk butler, Lili, tried her best to accommodate our requests, responding promptly and professionally. Breakfast: Quite mediocre; we only ate it on the first day out of our three-night stay. Service: The service in Building 6's restaurant was excellent, patient, meticulous, and friendly. Room: Soundproofing and blackout curtains were very good.

The room was incredibly luxurious with a fantastic local vibe. The hotel's surroundings were beautiful, and the service was attentive. You could even see the Potala Palace right from the lobby.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. Each room comes with a dedicated butler, and our butler Gewang was incredibly attentive throughout our three-day visit. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the rice noodles were absolutely delicious! It's no wonder this hotel is ranked number one. We were very pleased. Our room even had a view of the Potala Palace, and the in-room oxygen was a great solution for altitude sickness. The biggest surprise was the ******* incense bracelets available at the Chinese restaurant – a truly meaningful souvenir.

The hotel service was excellent. Staff helped with luggage upon arrival and departure. The room had an oxygen concentrator, and there's a doctor available 24/7 on the first floor, which is a huge plus for guests worried about altitude sickness. Room service also brought up our takeout and a case of mineral water. The Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, especially the rice noodles which were perfectly to my taste. Many foreigners stay here. The one-on-one WeChat service with Riri was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our needs. I'll definitely be staying at The St. Regis Lhasa again next time I'm in Lhasa.
