Staybridge Suites ROCHESTER - COMMERCE DR NW by IHG

The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on the part of the couch I can only assume they thought someone was going to sleep on. This hotel cost a fortune, and it couldn't accommodate our family as advertised.

The hotel has seen better days. Alot of stuff is at the age of needing redone such as furniture and flooring. Hotel was clean. Pool was nice.

Very clean and quiet. The Kitchenette was very convenient and well stocked. The evening music in the lobby gave the feel of a much more expensive hotel. Will definetly stay again when visiting the area!

The breakfast was amazing. The room was so clean. We had a great time. Family of 4 with two kids under 7. We will be back!

Disappointed with a cold hot tub. A reason this property was selected was for the hot tub. An additional fee was added for parking. This is not acceptable and I will be requesting a refund of that fee.

Rooms are getting old and need improvements. Paid through ******* then charged $4.89 additional at check in for parking lot maintenance. Breakfast okay, nothing special. Elevator sounds like you are going to get stuck. Prices are high for the quality.

Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. Room was a little rough beds weren’t great but front desk people were really nice. I felt comfortable there.

We were disappointed that our reservation was for 6 people and the pull-out couch was only a single bed making it hard for the 6th person to sleep comfortably. The beds were very squeaky and sloped to the middle. We stayed here last year and the hot tub still doesn’t work (even after a year). The lights in the lobby were flashing (several of them). The water that came out of the bathroom sink faucet was cloudy. The area between the pool and the hotel wasn’t shoveled. Lots of areas to improve on.
