Arco da Rua Augusta

The Arc de Triomphe on Augusta Street is a classic stone building in Lisbon. Its previous design was a bell tower, but after more than a century of delay in the construction period, it finally evolved into a finely carved arch structure. The location of the Arc de Triomphe is the Comercio square in the city center. The square is surrounded by the municipal building on three sides.
