設施：齊全沒有損壞。
衞生：乾淨整潔，每天有房間打掃和加水加衞生紙。
環境：地理位置一流，在三十六街附近，出入景點行不久，並且一路上有各樣餐廳咖啡館按摩店。位處大馬路口，塞不塞車一目瞭然。小街塞車，坐車被堵小路就很煩，這裏就沒有這個問題。每次網約打車都能找到和送到。雖然臨近馬路高架，但是隔音完全沒有問題，關上窗就沒有聲音。
酒店很新，沒有異味香香的。
服務：全部員工非常贊！去的當天傾盆大雨大概12點。下車時，網約司機下車拿行李，門僮立刻打傘沖過來將我們接入酒店。再轉身拿其他行李。入住到離開，衹要出現在大堂，行李都不用我們拉。出入都微笑打招呼（戴眼鏡瘦瘦和有點小胖的兩位）。辦理入住的小何是個可愛靚仔，等十幾分鍾打掃好房間就讓我們入住。然後我們找不到準確的荷花餐廳電話，他就幫我們找並打電話訂位自助餐。他會中文，雖然不是很流利詞彙量不多，但交流完全沒有問題。前台有時是小妹妹，笑容也很甜美。他們酒店採用輪崗，門僮和前台，可能會在早餐時做服務員。所以第一天吃早餐，就發現熟悉的面孔為你服務。
如果有機會重返河內，我會首選這家酒店。

首先，這家精品小酒店的位置非常非常好，三十六街就在後麪100米處，酒店附近幾步就可以找到洗衣房，有著名的雞蛋咖啡，離開環劍湖衹要步行10分鐘，吃喝，逛街，做按摩，什麼都方便到達，
然後衞生也是非常好，酒店比較新，淋浴水也很好，房間就比較小。同對麪樓的距離好窄。
酒店的早餐，有的驚喜的，在9樓，有現點現做的各種蛋品，還有雞湯米粉，比例西式化。300多的價格，在早餐這塊遠超國內酒店。
很值得推薦！

The location of hotel is convenience, the breakfast was good. Although the food variety is limited, but it tastes good. The service was great and I would recommend people come here to stay for a few days. It was quiet also even at the Hanoi old city.

Good and compact hotel situated in old quarters. Rooms bit compact but comfortable. Good breakfast spread and staff were super helpful. Most of the places in old quarter within walking distance. Good vegetarian Indian restaurant just below the hotel. Pickup location for days trips just outside hotel
