The emplacement was top notch and the rest of the hotel was ok. It was just a bit old

Even though there were three of us, they only provided cups and bottled water for two. I informed the front desk, but nothing was done about it. There's no elevator, so I had to carry heavy luggage up narrow stairs to our room, which was quite a hassle.

I always stay here when I'm in Hoi An. They even upgraded my room, and the location is fantastic for exploring!

What a wonderful find, this homestay is perfectly situated for exploring Hoi An yet away from the busy tourist streets. My room was on the ground floor overlooking the little pool which was perfect for cooling off after a long days travel. The family were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended

Mainly good. Know that the stairs are a tight fit for medium or larger bags with railings that straps get caught on. Top floor rooms share the floor with the home stay's laundry area and room with bathroom is between rooms without and the shared bathroom so getting woken up by doors opening and closing needs to be tolerated.
Swimming pool is a shallow dunk pool with no direct sunlight.
Short walk to the night market.
