The hotel is quite old and shows clear signs of aging, with maintenance that could be improved. However, its biggest advantage is its excellent location. It is situated in a very strategic area, surrounded by a wide variety of food stalls, restaurants, cafés, and lifestyle outlets, making it convenient to find dining and entertainment options within walking distance. If you prioritize location over modern facilities, this hotel can still be a practical choice.

Great location and amazing price. We stayed couple night and stuff is helpful, breakfast on point.

The hotel is very old so therefore there's a lot of mold and there's no safe in our room. The slippers looked like they had been worn many times, same as the towels and no mat was provided in the bathroom. Not much selection for the breakfast, no description for the local food. The hotel needs a revamp

The trips is AWESOME because of them! The staff is super nice and they are so professional and polite, the hotel room is very comfortable and they handle things very fast and they even celebrate my brithday and even upgrade my room!! I would definitely recommend here

It’s dirty, like everything old. Even the towels i dont thing so they have new one, the good thing is location is really close from everywhere

The most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had so far. It claims to be a 4-star property, but honestly, even 2 stars would be generous. There’s no lift access to the lobby, which is highly inconvenient for guests with strollers or disabilities. such a poorly thought-out design! We had to drag our wagon through the parking ramp just to reach the lobby and this is very impractical. The room smelled unpleasant, the bathroom had standing water, and the Junior Suite was not worth the price at all. The interior was outdated and poorly maintained. Truly disappointing. I feel misled by the high ratings on Trip.com and Google Reviews. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves for future guests.
