Grand Lisboa Palace Macau

This hotel is simply unparalleled, words can't describe how amazing it is. My room was upgraded to a much larger and more comfortable one, and the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast at the 3rd floor buffet restaurant was a delightful surprise; every dish was fantastic. I hope to have the chance to stay and splurge here again next time!

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, less than a 10-minute taxi ride away. From a distance, it looks just like a grand old European castle – absolutely stunning.

This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.

My second stay at Grand Lisboa Palace, and the experience was even better! 1. Smooth check-in, probably because it was late afternoon and not a weekend. 2. Got an direct upgrade to a Grand Suite, which was fantastic! 3. Breakfast was as rich and varied as always!

The front desk upgraded us to a garden view suite. The entire hotel feels new, luxurious, and clean. All the staff are very polite. We booked the buffet on the third floor for dinner, and guests get a 15% discount. We'll definitely come back next time.

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. It's a bit out of the city center, but they offer free shuttle buses. No sauna, though. Breakfast was good, but not quite 5-star quality. If you're into casinos, there were only two classic roulette tables. Overall, everything was great! I'll definitely come back again. 😊

This hotel is a full-service resort, so you really don't need to leave. Everything you could want, from dining to entertainment, is all in one place. You can eat and shop right at the hotel's own supermarket and food court. The experience here is far superior to hotels in other areas. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied.

The environment and hygiene are excellent, and all the staff are very polite. They arranged for housekeeping immediately when requested. It's also convenient for getting around, with transportation to the city center. The breakfast arrangement is quite good, and the ambiance is pleasant.
