Grand Soluxe Zhongyou Hotel Shanghai

This is my third time staying at CNPC Sunshine Hotel. It's very close to the subway station, making getting around extremely convenient. The rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable, and I always experience warm and attentive service.

The location is great, and the environment and customer service are also very good. I booked two rooms. One room had windows that could open, which was fine. However, the window in the other room, where my child was staying, wouldn't open, and the room had a strong smell. After sleeping there for one night, my child developed many red welts and kept complaining of itching, scratching many spots until they broke. I checked for mosquitoes and didn't find any, so I suspect it might be dust mites. I plan to take him to the hospital tomorrow.

Facilities: Fully equipped, capable of meeting almost all basic needs. Cleanliness: Tidy and clean. Environment: Very high-end. Service: Very polite. They proactively offered a free room upgrade when there was availability.

First, the doorman was quick to help with the luggage, then the front desk staff were welcoming during check-in, and the lobby staff proactively helped with the elevator. The staff on the floors were also warm and friendly. The whole hotel truly made me feel at home. For a 5-star hotel, it had everything one would expect. This stay was on the 27th floor, and the view was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay this time and will definitely return, hoping the standards remain just as high.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The surrounding area is very well-equipped with convenience stores and a wide variety of restaurants, making everyday life and getting around super convenient. My room had a great view from the window overlooking Lujiazui. I especially loved the neighborhood—it's peaceful and quiet with smooth, congestion-free traffic, making it really easy to travel either by subway or taxi.

I really like this place; the environment is nice, and it's an established five-star hotel. I'd stay here whenever possible. The meals are also plentiful, and the transportation is very convenient. I'm extremely satisfied, and I especially love the breakfast coffee.

Excellent, highly recommended. Great for family trips, good service, and clean.

Excellent location, and while it's an older hotel with some dated facilities, the service attitude is great.
