eL Hotel & Resort Bali Sanur

A beautiful ordered system where you’re every need it catered for, however this wasn’t my idea of paradise, really just a standard room with no view and  given  no air flow between the buildings you really had to get outside along the beach ***** where you can enjoy the breeze and watching the joggers and shopping enthusiasts My friend slipped over on the slate stairs and that was disappointing as they are falling apart. However the bar is open until 10 pm but no swimming in the pool after 8pm. Lots of food options and the hugest upmarket shopping centre. The food outstanding !

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the customer service is very good. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable. One thing worth mentioning is the noise level in some of the rooms. I was initially assigned a pool-view room on my late-night arrival, facing the main road and a bar opposite the hotel that plays live rock ‘n’ roll music until late. The combination of music and traffic noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. However, I really appreciated the hotel’s kindness and willingness to move me to another room closer to the beach. The new room was much quieter and more pleasant, and I was grateful for their understanding and prompt assistance. The rooms are a little dated, and the towels could benefit from being replaced, as they appeared quite worn. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay overall. The excellent location, comfortable bed and especially the attentive customer service made a positive impression. With some improvements to the rooms and amenities, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

Great location and good service. Nice breakfast and it’s very kids friendly. They have cots and kids club.

Two couples travelling. Great modern hotel-like rooms with balcony. Newly opened. Breakfasts were buffet style with many choices, very nice. Centrally located on Jl Tamblingan with beach & street access, pool was beachside. Close to everything we required. Gardens lovely and shady. Staff very attentive. Showers were absolutely superb. Deluxe rooms were a good size with cold air conditioning.
