This hotel is nice. However it is not in Buenos Aires. The price they charge for a room is way over market. Good breakfast in the morning. Only stayed one night because it was too expensive.

Everything was good, except my mother slipped in the bathtub because it didn't have nothing non-slip. Even the floors of the bedroom and bathroom were slippery. The regulation on the temperature of the water was not working properly, or to hot or to cool. The breakfast buffet was so good, except they need to put some signs in the meals.

El hotel publicita que tiene pileta climatizada pero el agua esta imposible de meterse porque eso no es climatizado ni cerca y el jacuzzi tiene agua fria directamente el del interior asi que realmente no tiene sentido. Yo me aloje en ese hotel porque queria y se lo dije en el momento de reservar disfrutar de eso que publicitan y no es real. Lo demas del hotel esta bien solo me siento estafada porque me mintieron con lo de la pileta climatizada.

La habitación en la que me hospedé era amplia y bien iluminada, tanto por la luz natural como por la artificial, lo que creó un ambiente acogedor. Además, la cama, el colchón y las almohadas eran de alta calidad, garantizando un descanso reparador. En el baño, me complació encontrar una buena presión de agua en la ducha, lo que siempre es un plus al regresar al hotel después de un día de actividades. Uno de los puntos destacados fue el desayuno, que no solo fue bueno, sino también variado, lo que me permitió comenzar el día con energía. Sin embargo, hay áreas que podrían mejorarse. El ascensor podría necesitar una actualización para brindar un servicio más eficiente, la televisión en la habitación podría modernizarse y la señal de wifi podría reforzarse para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes.

Si no hubiera sido porque me cai en el desayunador el primer dia habría sido una muy buena experiencia. Hay una pequeña rampa entre dos zonas , prácticamente invisible. Resbale y me lesioné. Esguince de tobillo y viaje arruinado. Tengan cuidado. Por lo demás, el personal super amable. No saque fotos pues me lo pase en la cama con la pierna en alto. El servicio de emergencia médica del hotel es un punto destacable aunque el ultimo dia no llego a tiempo para administrarme el ultimo inyectable antes de mi partida.
