Lionhill Green Teavilla Private Hotel, Hangzhou

Lionhill Green Teavilla is a charming hotel located in the tranquil village of Meijiawucun. It’s a peaceful escape, surrounded by an abundance of tea fields and countryside. The hotel is well-designed and tastefully furnished. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Location is great for exploring the tea village of Meijiawu. The lady helping the guests is very nice and friendly, we could communicate despite not speaking the same language. This hotel is very accommodating. I loved having longjing tea in the morning with the tea fields as the backdrop. Also, the bus stop is only 3min away.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, with birds singing in the background, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights was that we were able to visit the tea plantation right in the backyard and enjoy fresh tea during the harvest season. It was a unique and memorable experience. Overall, we loved everything about this place and would definitely recommend this hotel💕☀️✨

I love this place! Super clean room, very nice service. The room itself has some portions that are dated, but the lighting fixtures are fantastic, smart toilet. The area too is fantastic, and the manager was kind enough to give us a brief tea tasting and also walked us up the hill towards Longjing village. The path to Longjing is easy to follow with tons of tourists, and incredible sweeping views of the tea fields. Meijiawucun itself is great with a few restaurants and an incredible number of tea shops for such a tiny village. It’s sleepy, and a nice reprieve from the crowded Hangzhou downtown.

We had an amazing trip at Lionhill villa. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were luxe and comfortable. Everything was cleaned daily, without us asking. We were taken care of graciously. Fresh waters and clean towels everyday. The view from the hotel was incredible, looking out on the tea hills. No feedback on the service whatsoever. Location was bit difficult to find, but luckily the owners came to find us and carried our suitcases up all the stairs.
