Clean and near the city . Convenient to navigate the amenities are nearby

The location was excellent, and overall I was very impressed with the room and the hotel facilities. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects of my stay. Firstly, I specifically requested a king bed, but upon arrival I found that the bed was actually two single beds pushed together rather than a genuine king bed. This was not what I expected based on my booking request and affected my comfort during the stay. Secondly, I was disappointed that the sauna facilities were separated between male and female guests. This information was not clear to me beforehand, and it limited my ability to enjoy the facilities as expected. While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the guest experience and to ensure that room and facility information is communicated more clearly in the future.

We always enjoy the stay here, will come back again. Love the view of the city.

I found some stain and a hair on bedsheet, and booger looks like on the wall next to the bed, I cleaned these myself as disgusting. breakfast was great, 10 mins walk to the closest train station. air conditioning is quiet, which is good. the views on 18 floor was nice.

The rooms is modern, clean, and well designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Connected to DFO south wharf.Only downside was I requested for morning call but I didn’t receive the call the next day :(

Generally it is okay for a short stay as it's close to DFO and convention centre . But the overnight parking increased to $65 from $45 last year. It is a bit costly.

Good location (great if you go to the conference center), just a small walk to reach the river, nice view and pretty good breakfast.
