Despite mixed reviews, I booked a two-night stay here. It’s fine for a short visit, but I was disappointed to be charged a $20 nightly pet fee for my service dog and assigned to a specific 'pet room.' Exhausted from a prior hotel experience, I paid the fee to avoid further stress, but I believe this policy violates ADA federal law—an issue I’ve encountered at other Wyndham properties as well. On the positive side, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and kind. While the building is older and clearly needs maintenance, I still enjoyed my stay. The highway was right outside my door, yet it was surprisingly quiet, and I slept great. Note: there is no breakfast on-site, but Acapulco restaurant is conveniently located right next door.

Despite the reviews, I booked two nights here. Super recommend for a short stay. Reception guy is extremely nice and welcomed me right away. Hotel is an old building that clearly needs a lot of maintenance, but I still enjoyed my stay. The highway was almost in front of my door, but didn’t disturb my great night of sleep at all. There’s no breakfast, but Acapulco restaurant is literally next door! Great experience overall:)

Black mold in the bathroom which is not healthy for a lifelong asthmatic. Open and frayed wires in the room. Rusty old dirty looking fridge in the room. Half the lights in the room didn’t even work. And absolutely horrible pillows.

The most AWFUL ru down hotel in CT let alone the town. Dirty construction rooms, poorly run hotel, when I told them they were not accommodating or friendly and their excuse was that their busy. This hotel should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY for filth and a dirty environment.
