Absolutely stunning! This hotel has such a wonderful vibe, and the staff are incredibly welcoming.

This hotel is really unique! Everyone is so friendly and sweet. On my last day, I met a front desk lady who spoke Chinese. We chatted for a bit, and she was just adorable! 😍 I had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best hidden gem hotel in Phuket Town! It's super convenient for city walks anywhere in town, and the service is excellent. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and friendly, which really enhanced my Phuket trip. If you're a fan of BKPP, staying here is a must! Even though there's no breakfast, there are so many food and drink options around that it doesn't matter at all!

The accommodation is clean, with a good location in the city, close to various restaurants.

This hotel is terrible, it's a miracle it's still in business. Aside from its good location right in town, it has no other redeeming qualities. Paying over 500 [currency unit] for this was a huge waste of money... The building is so old and run-down. Our room was on the second floor, and the entire floor creaked when we walked, making us fear it would collapse. It's practically a condemned building. Besides the complimentary welcome tea, there seemed to be no other services. We even had to ask the front desk for disposable slippers. There's a Lamoon massage parlor nearby that gave a terrible massage. It was also 150🐷 more expensive than the market price. The food in the small town is authentic but too sweet. There's a really good American burger joint though. Honestly, I don't recommend coming to Phuket Town at all. Things are expensive, there's not much to see, and the hotels are awful.

The entire hotel is filled with Nanyang charm, retro and nostalgic. The room we stayed in was on the first floor, very clean and tidy. The floor and wall tiles in the shower room had a Peranakan style, which I absolutely loved! Our butler, Mai, folded very cute little animals for us out of towels and decorated them with orchids. The ventilation in the entire room was excellent; clothes washed the night before were practically dry by the next morning. The hotel staff were polite and attentive, and when we left, they all stood at the hotel entrance with sincere and happy smiles to bid us farewell 🥹.
