We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bangkok Siam Square! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. What truly made our stay memorable was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Jib and Mr. May for their excellent service and dedication in keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Their effort and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for our family, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. Looking forward to staying here again!

Location: It's right next to Siam BTS station, just a one-minute walk from the BTS skywalk to the side entrance – incredibly convenient! There's a 7-Eleven (a small one) and a Boots nearby. Plus, there's a super local food street just down an alley near the hotel. The location is absolutely excellent! Facilities: On the night I checked in, there were no small hand towels, and on the third night, no towels at all. It seems like something was always missing... The soundproofing in the room wasn't great either. However, the breakfast was fantastic! They had a different variety of freshly cooked noodles every day! Overall, it was still pretty good! It's so easy to get everywhere from here. But because it's in a busy area, I happened to check in on a Friday night when there was an event in the plaza downstairs. The bass music continued until around 11:15 PM.

Absolute Perfection for Shoppers & Explorers! If location is your top priority, this hotel is a dream come true—it's literally just 100 meters away from the BTS station! For anyone who loves shopping, Siam Square is hands down the best place to be. You are surrounded by massive, world-class malls like Siam Paragon and Central World. Plus, there is always something exciting happening at Siam Square every weekend. You can experience all of this just by stepping out of the hotel lobby. Highly recommended!

After a friend joined th trip, we requested a connecting room and were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a room on Level 18. The service was excellent throughout our stay. First off, the hotel's biggest plus is its excellent location – close to the BTS and Siam, plus there's a night market right downstairs. The second main advantage is that the breakfast is decent. You don't need a key card to use the elevators, which back home would just make this an old, full-service (if you catch my drift) hotel with a pool.
