Villas Alondra

Our villa location was excellent. We walked down to the main part of peurto del carmen and got a taxi back €3.50. Our villa was situated in a lovely quiet area of the resort. The atmosphere was lovely so quiet and friendly people were so welcoming and ready to help. We arrived late and went to another hotel as love holidays had told us to. That hotel phoned villas Alondra and straight away Raul came to get us. He took us to our villa and he was so helpful. House keeping staff were amazing and so friendly. Reception was amazing every staff member was ready to help - order taxi- recommendations for restaurants etc. The what’s app app is brilliant way to communicate. Rooms were fantastic so spacious loads of wardrobe space too. Kitchen was fantastic with all the appliances. Brilliant having two bathrooms and the laundry room. The Gym was amazing so new and all the machines were top standard. Breakfast was nice maybe a few more options could be added. Value for money I’d highly recommend the villas. You had such a piece of mind going off in the day doing the attractions and knowing you had sun loungers to come back to because the pool was outside your door. Bathrobes towels all provided. Oh and the pool guy came every second morning to clean the pool he was very nice also.

First time visiting. Walked into reception and staff were welcoming and so friendly. Got shown to our villa and WOW it was so spacious and the fact we had a private pool was just the icing on the cake. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Will certainly be going back. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Alondra. This was our fourth year staying here, and this year we upgraded to Grand Deluxe Villa 41. It was absolutely amazing and very comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. The private pool was fantastic. We paid to have it heated, which was definitely worth it for a morning swim before breakfast. The breakfast area has such a relaxed atmosphere, with a plentiful selection of delicious food and drinks. The waiters and waitresses were amazing—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The whole resort is incredible. The cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance team are always on hand if needed and do a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well maintained. A special thank you to Felix for helping us move to a bungalow for the remaining few hours of our holiday before we were picked up for our late flight. It was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Thank you to everyone at Villa Alondra for another wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back! Thank you, The Hughes Family x

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed so much so I had another holiday booked to go to Greece in September this year with tui and have cancelled to rebook here. Giving 5 stars doesn't feel enough for the service you receive at this place. So excited to come back in September. Thank you again , Amy kelly

Just returned from a weeks stay in a Classic villa (no 18). The property and grounds are absolutely stunning & are extremely well maintained. Staff were all very friendly & very efficient & helpful. We definitely got the sense that if we ever needed anything the crew at Villa Alondras had it covered and were just a text away. Breakfast was such a lovely experience each morning, plenty of choice of foods all enjoyed in a lovely chilled atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, loved the huge big tipi! Villa was so spacious, it truly felt like a home away from home, our pool had sun all day and the veranda area was a huge hit for us. If I could make one suggestion it would be to include an air fryer in the villa and also a net for the swimming pool so we could clean the leafs ourselves from the pool rather than waiting on the pool guy to come, but these are only personal opinions I thought were worth sharing. Walking to and from complex would prove hard for people with mobility issues but taxis only cost €4/€5. We would absolutely return to Villa Alondras, I don’t believe you will find better on the island thank you Paola and team for looking after us so well! Hope you see you all in 2027

We had a beautiful Deluxe 2 bed villa with pool. The villa was immaculate, spacious and beautifully designed. The complex was lovely and quiet and has a fantastic restaurant onsite which has a beautiful setting. Highly recommend the Chateaubriand. Also the service by Felix and Alberto was 5 star. They went out of their way to make us happy and couldn't do enough for us. Alberto even surprised me with a bottle of prosecco and cake for my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

We stayed in Alondra Villas recently. Start off with positive, staff are lovely, breakfast is excellent and the fact that villas are near each other were ideal for family stay. We were a large family with three villas. Unfortunately a few things really let the place down. Iron that was left for us to use was dreadful with a large brown mark in the centre of it. I ask new one it didn't work the third sent worked but didn't heat properly so was difficult to iron with. The inside of the dishwasher was completely rusted to the point the metal was exposed from a h&s point of view I didn't think it was OK to use. I asked for the inside baskets to be replaced but they said they were waiting on delivery of them so were unable to do anything. Our hot water went off twice wen we were getting ready to go out we were unable to take showers. The sauna that is advertised is not built yet and the spa is in there sister hotel. Two other villas had issue electricity constantly going off and no hot water. No electric kettle left. Boiling water on stove to make tea it took two days for a kettle to be given. Wrong time given for wine tasting and event in golf club. All and all not what u expect from a 5 Star Resort, disappointing. I had got recommended by friends but they had not been for a few years seems corners are been cut and staff under pressure. We won't be back!

Beautiful luxurious villas, huge windows with lots of light and looking out to manicured gardens. Had a private pool. Additional €35 per day for heating. Very peaceful and private villa. A walk to the main town but back up a steep hill. Staff were extremely attentive. We can’t wait to return. Buffet breakfast was included with a good variety of items. Two coffee machines would be nice as there was often a small queue for this. Some days they seemed a little short staffed. Villas very clean with fresh towels.
