Villas Alondra

Absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish. Felix and Alberto in particular made our family feel like their family. The level of customer service is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. This is the second time that we have visited and it was consistently outstanding like last time. Amazing Villa, facilities especially the pool were fantastic! Nothing too much trouble at all, from helping us blow up lilo’s to arranging taxis. Breakfast was superb so much to choose from! Big thanks to Raul and Alberto. ☀️

We visited Villa alondras for 8 days and the villas are stunning,the beds are so comfy I’ve never slept so well.We had a few problems throughout our stay , no water and the hob not working but 5 mins from contacting reception someone was there to fix it, nothing ever seemed too much. I would say it is a little out of the way and abit of a walk to nearest shop. The breakfast included was a lovely bonus and a real nice touch to a Villa stay. We would definitely return to stay again maybe not waiting 18 years this time. Only thing I would suggest is either they sell water at reception or invest in putting a local shop somewhere near that would help massively. All staff were lovely and very friendly and also we had a lovely cat who came to visit everyday which I suppose some people wouldn’t like, but my daughter loved it. The communal pool at the restaurant was never busy and also cold salt water so nice and refreshing. On our last day we didn’t have our flight til 9pm we had to be out by 12 and reception held our bags and also let us shower before we got our transfer to airport which was really helpful. Nicola P

We stayed at Villa Elements and it was excellent. Beautiful, luxury feel to the design of the villa and lots of space for 2 teenage girls to have their own space. This would work equally well for 3 couples to stay which we are already considering. We had a car but you could stay without one. It is a leisurely 15-20min walk down to the main ***** in Puerto Del Carmen and only 4 Euros in a taxi back up! The Lidl is only a 5 min drive away so easy to get some supplies to have in the well equipped kitchen. The cleaning is excellent- hotel standard with clean towels and bins emptied every other day and the pool guy coming to check on the pool and outdoor areas. The Rituals branded toiletries are an extra luxury touch too. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here and we will definitely be planning a return visit.

Our villa location was excellent. We walked down to the main part of peurto del carmen and got a taxi back €3.50. Our villa was situated in a lovely quiet area of the resort. The atmosphere was lovely so quiet and friendly people were so welcoming and ready to help. We arrived late and went to another hotel as love holidays had told us to. That hotel phoned villas Alondra and straight away Raul came to get us. He took us to our villa and he was so helpful. House keeping staff were amazing and so friendly. Reception was amazing every staff member was ready to help - order taxi- recommendations for restaurants etc. The what’s app app is brilliant way to communicate. Rooms were fantastic so spacious loads of wardrobe space too. Kitchen was fantastic with all the appliances. Brilliant having two bathrooms and the laundry room. The Gym was amazing so new and all the machines were top standard. Breakfast was nice maybe a few more options could be added. Value for money I’d highly recommend the villas. You had such a piece of mind going off in the day doing the attractions and knowing you had sun loungers to come back to because the pool was outside your door. Bathrobes towels all provided. Oh and the pool guy came every second morning to clean the pool he was very nice also.

First time visiting. Walked into reception and staff were welcoming and so friendly. Got shown to our villa and WOW it was so spacious and the fact we had a private pool was just the icing on the cake. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Will certainly be going back. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Alondra. This was our fourth year staying here, and this year we upgraded to Grand Deluxe Villa 41. It was absolutely amazing and very comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. The private pool was fantastic. We paid to have it heated, which was definitely worth it for a morning swim before breakfast. The breakfast area has such a relaxed atmosphere, with a plentiful selection of delicious food and drinks. The waiters and waitresses were amazing—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The whole resort is incredible. The cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance team are always on hand if needed and do a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well maintained. A special thank you to Felix for helping us move to a bungalow for the remaining few hours of our holiday before we were picked up for our late flight. It was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Thank you to everyone at Villa Alondra for another wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back! Thank you, The Hughes Family x

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed so much so I had another holiday booked to go to Greece in September this year with tui and have cancelled to rebook here. Giving 5 stars doesn't feel enough for the service you receive at this place. So excited to come back in September. Thank you again , Amy kelly
