Loden Vancouver

The best service I have ever experienced in a hotel, better than a lot of ultra-luxury hotels I have stayed at. The hardware in the room is slightly dated (but mostly functional) but the room is very cozy. The restaurant is amazing. I feel like ordering in-room dining for every meal. Just the air-conditioner is quite noisy due to its age.

Cannot recommend Loden more highly. The staff are attentive, prompt, friendly, and ensured that every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. When our fridge turned out to be broken, a new one was brought up and installed within the hour. Turndown service was excellent, delivery orders and other requests brought up the minute they arrived. The Luna Suite on the 12th floor faces north, with two gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows looking out past other skyscrapers onto the water and Stanley Park. You can see the water taxi making its way back and forth from the dock, with sailboats, yachts, and seaplanes out and about. Sliding doors separating the bathroom, living room, and bedroom ensure privacy—and the floor plan is very efficient. The manager on our final day was a slightly less on the ball (no bellhop for loading luggage or delivery of ordered food), but my compliments go to Stanislav and Graham for their truly exceptional service. They deserve a raise.

Been going to Vancouver for decades and first time I stayed ar Loden. The days of continually looking for a great place to stay are over - highly recommend this place. Excellent brand - well done!

The hotel was beautiful inside, the hospitality staff were awesome. The room was clean. We had a corner room with a slight view of the harbor.

Everything was fantastic during our stay! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful. One detail we really appreciated was that the valet team always remembered to charge our EV after parking it, without us even needing to ask. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well! The staff prepared towels, blanket, water bowls, and poop bags for him, which was such a thoughtful touch. We really liked the corner room which was quiet, and has expansive view. We will definitely return. The only minor note is that the AC in the room was a bit loud. If that could be improved, the stay would be perfect!
